I like the subtlety it's obvious after you pointed out, and recently, the Methodist, apologize formally to Hawaii for their colonialization, and I believe now they're going to go to listening sessions, that seems like a step towards forgiveness

@@fanshaweiil Thank you so very much for spreading our people's knowledge, truths & beliefs!! We may come from different ancestors, yet we are all First Nation! It took me over 40 years to learn any truth about my heritage. It started with a call that my Dad, whom I did not know, was dying of cancer & I needed to get from Pennsylvania to New Brunswick, Canada ASAP. I didn't make it in time 😢 Now I am try to soak up anything & everything I can hear, see & learn about us 😊 I have missed out on so very much! I lost any opportunity to know my Dad personally, which hurts more than I knew possible. I have a Grandma, loads of Aunts & Uncles, cousins AND I even have a sister & a couple brothers with a BUNCH of nieces & nephews!!! I want so much to know our past, our journey, our struggles, our destination & our story and not from the European perspective which is all I had before 2 years ago!! More than that though, I want to know my family that has grown exponentially! I only spent a week there but it truly awakened something in me I never knew existed; a need for family.
