I must say ma'am your guidance is what every pcos suffering girl need. The knowledge, understanding, and all the information you just shared regarding pcos made me realise how not just hormones even the workouts and carbohydrates play a crucial role in periods and for PCOS specially. I have never ever on any podcast or by any doctor, heard of something more valuable than this. Thanks a lot ma'am for sharing such words with us, and thank you sir for having ma'am so that people can actually understand how they can effectively cure their hormones related issues.

What on earth is a masculine life? That's a bit problematic. She herself said that the corporate culture is masculine, target-driven, and cut throat. So what's the solution? Whatever she suggested will throw women out of jobs, and we already have skewed women participation figures. And that point on one day off during periods, how many companies agree to the idea of menstrual leaves? The entire system is designed to make women choose "masculine" pursuits if they want to do something worthwhile in their lives.
