ഞാൻ ഈ പുസ്തകം നിലവിൽ വായിച്ചോണ്ടിരിക്ക ആയിരുന്നു.. നാല്പത് വയസ്സിനിടക്ക് അനേകം പുസ്തകങ്ങൾ വായിച്ച ആളെന്ന നിലയിൽ പറയുക ആണെങ്കിൽ സ്വന്തം ജീവിതത്തിൽ എനിക്ക് ഏറ്റവും പ്രയോജനപ്പെട്ട പുസ്തകം എന്ന് പറയാം.. ഈ പുസ്തകത്തിൽ ഞാൻ എന്നെത്തന്നെ പരിചയപ്പെടുക ആയിരുന്നു

Sir, can I ask you a doubt. When I try to be present, I am in a neutral state without happiness and feel uncomfortable with it. Does being present means completely detaching from thoughts that give happiness or sadness and being aware of that inert state. If so, how can we plan for the future

Being present means mindfulness. You are an observer of your mind and not a slave of your mind. We plan meticulously as we fear about future. Still, you can plan, but it's a state of not worried about future. Also, not live with the pains of past. Situation of without thought means you are now a part of greater consciousness which is not easy to achieve. Great amount of practice and state of living factor.
