I was in same page with you. I got goosebumps when the priest raised up his hand, and start the prayer. I almost cry when he says the prayer on me and bless me.

I've had some open conversations with several priests about what they've heard, and they have all said they've heard it all, that within a year of ordination, nearly every possible sin had been confessed to them.

Awesome testimony to the power of the Sacrament of Confession, esp in Latin! We gain much more graces and blessings with the Latin, it is a Sacred language. Powerful wow! It was enough to deliver your soul from the grips of the enemy and to fight temptations.
