Cameron Gray work on your mobility and start practicing with a pvc pipe.

M P Well I have good mobility, but I just can’t get the technique and I am too scared to drop underneath the bar

Cameron Gray do snatch balances and over head squats. Complexes like power snatch+overhead squats will help you.

Nothing wrong with this unless you want to compete in weightlifting. The powersnatch if perfectly fine for general fitness. Arguably better for most trainees.

@@vonbraunprimarch I'd select weak over a spinal cord/brain injury any day. This exercise is ticket to snap city in SO many ways. I'd NEVER do it.

@@donnycollins1797 good tips are to start light. don’t push yourself to do intense exercises like this one the minute you begin your workout. Do the simple ones first, then move to the harder stages later on
