The other person said about not recommending this company to other people why because the wheel they tell that work as better on u getting a manual when u can't use for medical reson that is affected ur health they always want to manual chair and that's not right to do after u have told that reason I changed to another company that did provide me with an eletrice wheel chair Iam always going to need one any way I say that person was right I still have the eletrice chair I go from them I plan to keep the wheelchair I got the first time I sell it to some or finish useing it and then return it or just give it for donatetion but 👎 to NU motion bad company they do what ever they want really I recommended not to go through that company to all people.

Those are good complaints. but customers dont realize sometimes is beyond our control when parts are late or out of stock. if customer service is rude, is mainly because clients dont get it or they just dont understand we are all humans and we can have a bad day too !!!

Impressively bad company. They are point blank rude to customers and have ridiculously long waits for repairs and ordering. They talk about relationships... total joke. They care about one thing. Money.

I haven't dealt with this company, but I DO thank you for the warning! Because I have dealt with ANOTHER company who is EVEN WORSE for over a year and a half now and I CERTAINLY would NOT recommend THEM EITHER!!😥! And it's TRUE, they ARE ONLY interested in MONEY😥. NEVER interested in the needs of the clients!!! It's ALL ABOUT GREED!!!!

Well I'm looking around for a company as well I do know of one of their techs that I have heard is amazing . But with the negative reviews with the other issues before even getting equipment I might as well stay where I'm at. Our dme now the only issue is one person so we can work around her. The rest of the team is amazing Getting ready to order 2 new chairs one a power one not. Does anyone else know of a list that does this type of work

Numotion Discontinue my service during 5 year warranty on my scooter I've got my scooter in 2020 of September And this company discontinue my service in 2023 without the warranty the warranty still standing because Medicare Medicare has their company policy that when they buy scooters for their clients or patients a scooter or wheelchair warranty up to 5 years plus more and discontinue me
