It’s kinda funny that CJ’s first few days were kinda like Charlie’s (and I imagine every staff member at the White House). She’s thrown into this terrifying new position and is trying desperately not to look like she drowning, but she still does her job well and speaks truth to power, even if it might be detrimental to the President.

It's not. An extensive study even showed that the bias meant lots of innocent arrests and even if you don't care about that, it meant lots of wasted time dropping the charges or bullshit arraignments clogging up the system.
