The best thing to do is eating to complete satiation on animal based and then getting into a slight calorie deficit from your activity level somehow a calorie deficit from food intake alone without the exercises slows down your metabolism that’s how to lose weight

Eat frequently while still maintaining a moderate deficit, do light cardio like walking 1-3 miles near daily, track your macros to make sure youre getting the right nutrients, suppliment with cheap vitamins if you arent getting enough fruits/vegetables, and weight train to build muscle so you can have more calories overall so you wont get gain fat so easily.
