your progressions been unreal. I remember a couple years back when you were injured and plateauing for a long time, everyone on bb forums were talking shit saying you'd never pull any higher and you weren't an elite lifter. I love it when shit talkers have to eat crow.

That really brings back the memories.Taking the vids, scared for the floor, lol. I think that dropped 600+# started the crater. Oh well, it's fixed now. Great summary of the last several years. I hadn't watched those early ones in a while. Nice to turn back the clock.

Pete you are crazy dude. it's like the stronger you get the faster you progress
@CenturianEagle6 жыл бұрын
chad likens pretty damn awesome, sometimes though technique can increase which will allow people to lift successfully for a longer period before getting injured which of course puts you back again, also, muscle and strength increase better when form is better, for instance, and not to compare myself to rubish at all here lol but as an example, when I used to bench, it would go up sooooo slowly, then I started retracting my scapula and felt the tension much more on my chest as opposed to just delting the fuck out of it. My bench has still been steadily increasing, however, we both know that his steady progression is also aided by some stronggg performance enhancers, but who cares, he’s performing amazingly heavy lifts, I don’t care if other people take em, has nothing to do with me. I’m only letting you know my position on that matter cuz I don’t want you thinking I was criticizing that aspect of his progress- which I’m totally not.
