Richard don't thank KZbin it is a tool the universe is talking to you this is quantum physics it is quantum language numbers. The universe can use all things for the good of all! The universe is constantly talking to us and you it's up to you to tune in... when you see numbers come up on your phone when you see license plates with certain numbers it's not only through numbers they communicate through music ppl animals news paper but my greatest support has been listening to the encouragement and inspiration that the universe puts on my feed first thing in the morning and throughout the day it will bring my attention to things! I don't go searching, for me it's like a phone call from the universe! Stay open and start loving yourself because the creator is within and all of creation loves you so start loving yourself and doing right for yourself! I too was declared “brain dead” and in a coma but my consciousness/spirit/soul was going about the universe just doing its thing…it took me weeks after I woke up to determine what was “real” and what wasn’t because it was so vivid, like I was there. This Source is Consciousness. Consciousness is the spiritual Higher Self that we are all connected to. This spiritual Higher Self is connected to Cosmic Consciousness that pervades all existence within and without. How do we make this deep connection to our Inner or Higher Self and to God or Cosmic Consciousness? We make this connection when we still the chatter of our thoughts and lead our awareness away from the five senses and into the Silence and Void of our own Consciousness. It is in Silence that we begin to perceive the Inner Reality that is behind all that is. This is meditation. Hence why it is written in the bible, 'Be still and know that I am God'. Still what? A vacuum is produced and in that special moment, the vacuum will be filled with the presence of God (in religious term) or Cosmic Consciousness. It is in Silence and meditation we begin to bridge our connection to Source or God. What few realize is that the body and all seemingly physical things are not matter but energy. Our physical form is made of molecules, molecules are made of atoms, atoms are made of electrons, and electrons are made of life force or energy. And energy is Consciousness. Your Consciousness is connected to the all-pervading spiritual Consciousness of the Universe. Nothing is solid. Everything ultimately is a Sea of vibratory Consciousness. In other words, everything is Mind. And the energy inherent is Love. Religion is a man-made, quick-fix attempt at defining God. Through religion, Man brings God down to his own level of human interpretation - creating artificial dogmas, interpretations and practices, thus distorting the true essence of God. Every religion is coloured by different cultures and politics. As in a prism, God’s true nature is refracted. God is the single white light that hits the prism of humanity and refracts into separate, different colours. Bring all colours of religion together and you have one single source - the white light of God. Truth is in spirituality and not in religion. God or Cosmic Consciousness is bigger than religion.

To have a consciousness and to suffer and to endure. Did God just one day went like “ I will create you, put you in this physical reality, give you a soul, give you a body, give you free will so you can make your own choices and live with it, but you have to worship me” . Is that right? Why? What is the point? Think. Think about it. If God did’nt create humanity, then sin wouldnt exist. Evil would not have something to torture and tempt. Is the lion evil for killing its prey ? Is bear evil for wanting to eat? Is nature evil for storming and wiping out all the crops come harvest time? Think. Sin is only a human construct. I am in awe right now. When I said the words " Be still and know that I AM God" and was still for the whole duration, I came out vibrating literally, it was as if I was pure energy. I couldn't move for the next few minutes and stayed in that was in constant vibration, I couldn't stand just humming, and it all came from the centre, the area between my stomach chest. Like an energy field going in circles vibrating. It was the most surreal thing ever. Nothing in my 29 years living comes close to this experience I've had just now. We are pure energy I can affirm. In all my life I had a sole purpose. Working constantly day and night to achieve it, doing my best and sparing no effort or cost, but no matther how hard I tried. I always came out empty handed, without achieving my goal. Time and time I failed over and over. Until finally I decided to give up and move out of God's way and purpose and telling God I gave up and for things to be as they may. God in his infinite love and compassion took pity on me and in a matter of days gave me what I thought was impossible. I am so thankful for so much blessings, love and understanding. We are all one within God's love.

Think about this deeply; most of our bodies can't survive three weeks without food nor three days without water. However, most bodies start to shut down after just three minutes without air. We need to respect and not pollute the soil and environment; without them there is neither food nor beautiful surroundings. We need to respect and not pollute the oceans, seas, rivers, lakes and groundwater. We all need water to live. I think this experience teach us the deep need of each of us to learn in this lifetime how to "yearn for God!" I just discovered this yesterday which after 80 years of life I feel I have lived just to learn this one aspect of God. I remember getting in tuned with this, i was laying on my bed listening to a scientist, with my eyes closed, then i heard him say forgiveness, them bam! Amen! Jesus has turned my pain into purpose. It’s been a tough three years. But I got so much closer to Jesus because of it. Being a single mother with children with special needs can be difficult at times. I’m struggling. Struggling to buy groceries struggling to pay rent every month is a battle. My health is also not the best since having a heart attack two years ago and I’m battling lupus. Jesus heal me. I trust your plan Lord. Lord please protect and provide for my boys. On the plus side our current mucus medicine was better than what they had back in the 1980's & 90's. There are historic medical records the main cause of death and senior memory mind functions decline is caused by head colds or flu that flood and clog the sinus. Slow .. Hypoxia. you suffocate to death over a period of a weeks/years. Drowning in your own mucus. No not enough air to the brain and the body shuts down, body already exhausted by slow strangle. ( Not so interesting how easily we can shut down and die.) ( .. bunch of mouth breathers, .. borderline between awake and a sleep dream state wishing you could breath, hear, think, and wishing this F--King ! school patrol officer shut his F mouth.) Turn out I was a multiple year walking cotangent of Walking Pneumonia, said I was overreacting, sent to school anyways along with being threaten with being dropped or held back due to my sick days. After the 4th Fing year at 15yo, the school patrol officer pulling my mask down getting in my face. He got my Pneumonia, got hospitalized, and the police department tried to sue my family on sending me as a walking bio hazard into a public area. Even since grade school I had to wear face masks during cold & flu season cause school air system is to dry and sets my mucus glands on overload which can cause me to hack snot till I black out at time. ( .. but I was faking it ..) .. a little boy that look like a girl can handle a head cold. 2.) I grew up country, at any given time .. two or five dogs, two house cats half wild, bob cats, skunks, raccoons, baby deer walking into the house. Yeah I breath like a dog, huff & puff like one, and even BarK. I walk into a store and every comfort dog or police dog starts looking at my aera. Because some large dog is breathing at a slightly different sound frequency than they are. At time as a joke near check out, I go down to one knee panting under my breath. And the patrol dog walks over to me and tries to crawl into my lab for a hug petting. The officer is look like WTF along with the other adults, then all the young grade school children start to make their way to me and the dog, to also pet hug the dog. I have a very practice tried old look on my face of, " .. this again .. ?" 3.) Humans ARE animals, and our mass social disconnect with not properly connecting to our beast nature and our so-called human minds are what causes most of our social problems and fear of the world around us. I slept with dogs & cats for so long as a child my chest breathing is Insync with theirs. Ever lived or grown up in a location of " Boy if you don't what your Tone along with saying Yes Sir in the proper manner you got paddle in grade school. " 4.) 1980's at 10 years old Tampa Bay Florida they had a couple of zoos such as Bush Gardens. I hop the fence and hug out with the lions, it was fun. I got to pet most of the animals and sleep over night with them. My b*tch of a mom, second husband, Southern Baptist Church tried paddling me into Believing my grandparents were going to hell because they were Catholics/Lutherans. Child Abuse laws were Really F-king lax in Florida during the 1980's. I could of been killed crossing miles worth of nighttime car traffic. I could have been painfully Maul or killed by the animals/ lions. I could have been Kidnap. You could have die. Yelling and religious guilt tripping. So I snap and Yelled, " Look At ME, My Face ! My parents did this to me and your bull shit Southern as if that makes you more special than anyone else Baptist Church did this to me. Where is your so called GOD ! " Well some one or two people had to start going to AA meetings, and I got to go to a Catholic church along with going to Jewish temple a couple of times a month instead of our " family " Baptist church. I was put with the special need children who were lucky enough to go to science/art museums and zoo each month. b.) Then I got a few months into my 11th year of life. All new family drama butting heads and school attendants and patrol offices telling me not to get uppity and acting like a 6th grader a year early. So I with a few other students pointed out, we were a year behind which means We are of Age for emotional physical changes. Well other than 1980's B.s. USA adult, Xtian, parenting of Florida then later illinois. Found out from the zoo workers at Bush Gardens, I was Not a CUB anymore. Since I was becoming a .. teenager .. everything was pushing or throwing its weight up against me for social pack picking order or for pure fun. Playful bumps turn into playful knock downs, follow with tackles, roll overs and hug pet me sounds. You ever heard how some sibling have bloody knock down drag out fist wrestling fights ? Or people with a school fight history since grade school, follow into junior high school gang fights ? OMG, we were dealing with an aera/ time placement they taught grade schoolboys to box bareknuckle, to split lips & eyebrow to draw blood and to laugh about it. Yeah, the park zoo knew they had to have an age limit for types of interaction along with not having the lion cubs become too use to .. rolling .. wrestling with humans. A teenage lion can pop a shoulder or hip with a playful hug and roll. As adults they become limb breakers. Sad thing is, I met people who were unable to punch back in life.

Something troubles me about this concept. We do not normally breathe in and out through the mouth. Most folks usually breathe in and out through their nose because that is primarily what the nose is for and it is actually advised to avoid breathing in through the mouth because the nasal passages have a method of filtering and warming the air before it goes to the lungs.

We don't have a soul. There's nothing inside us that leaves upon the moment of death. No more so than the radio frequency is inside the radio or leaves the radio if you break the radio. Our bodies simply resonate and modulate with the frequency of the ALL that's around us. We are not separate spirits and go to some special place after death. After death we wake up from the dream we're all experiencing that in body we call life but in our original form we're just a singularity of being. As humans we complicate things way too much. Everything you'll ever need to know you can find in nature not a book or anyone else. Provided you know where to look and how. Archaeological evidence from the islands of the Aegean Sea have yielded Neolithic era Cycladic figures from 4th and 3rd millennium BC, idols in namaste posture from Indus Valley civilization sites from the 3rd millennium BC, and much older petroglyphs around the world show humans began producing sophisticated images. 4. Many Verses Within The Vedas, Avesta, Cannon, Psalms, Torah & Gospel, Still Have Authentic Verses. 5. The Corrupted Verses From These Scriptures Sent, Are All The Double Dutch Verses, Which Contradict The Nature Of God. 6. All These Scriptures Testify God Being One. 7. All Later Verses With A Trinity Were Added, Some With Multiple Marvel Like Gods [Hinduism]. 8. The Noah Family: Vedas: There Is Only One God, There Is Only One Source, There Is Only One Supply. Avesta Zoroastrian: There Is Only One Wise God, Whom Is Uncreated. Buddhist Cannon: There Is Only One God, Whom Created Good & Evil. 9. The Abraham Family: Torah [Old Testament]: The LORD is our God, the LORD is one. Gospel [New Testament]: I am the Lord, and there is none else, there is no God beside me. Quran [Last Testament]: Say He Is God, The One, The Absolute, He Begets Not, Nor Is He Begotten, There Is None Comparable Unto God.

As soon as you utter the word "God", Christians immediately think it is referring to their personal, all loving, protective , Omniscience being, who intelligently created the universe and us, and who can answer their prayers. This concept paradoxically takes them further away from being able to "know the reality. Their desire to live so that one day they can die and sit at the feet of God for eternity in heaven, is a barrier to understanding that they , and all things are already there. The concept has to be ditched for them to understand "God".. What is a better term for the word "God"? I guess we need one. Any ideas? But then, as Taoism says, "The word is not the word, what can be named is only a manifestation of the named.,. The unnamed cannot be spoken, it is lived and realised through experience", The breath is the key to this realisation. It is silent. but all powerful. We go to church to be near to God? And yet all the baggage involved, the worship, the sermons, the fancy clothing and hats, the prayers, the holy texts,, the praising songs; they all create barriers to us knowing. We would be much closer to "God" if we just went quietly to church and sat together in silence, just breathing, and sharing the unspoken and experiencing "God" . The essence in us, and all things within the Universe. All things are just one with Spirit ,manifesting as form.
