People were expecting someone comical to play him, instead of a serious actor. Just like some thinking someone comical like Jim Carey, Robin Williams, or Eddie Murphy had to play the riddler, instead of a more serious actor.

There is no logic to the Joker. That's what makes him a great villain.
@EUROPAMusicOfficialChannel4 жыл бұрын
I disagree. There was plenty of logic to him. He turned the whole city upside down. He was cunning and knew, probably years in advance, what he was going to do and how he was going to do it.

There is logic to the Joker. He is "the logical response to a character like Batman" -Cristopher nolan.

The way he says "Why so serious?" at 3:13 is not how he says it in the movie. This clip of him seems more menacing. Not sure why they used a different take in the final movie.

Heath ledger's name itself sounds strange like when if someone hears that name they could come across that name as some scary murderer serial killer that lives out in the valley away from the big city and hides in a house with knives guns grenades drives a pick up truck around trying to catch some hitch hikers to pray on or inocent victims to slaughter with his guns or blade while driving around trying to kill them on the road country
