I am 60 years old and I learned to skate as a teenager. Of course I never became professional or anything like that but when I had my own daughter I taught her the basics of skating and she's a good skater today. She's 33 years old and pregnant with her first baby. It's a girl. I hope she learns to skate too.

Please keep reading about our history and relationships with banks and USA (... there is so much small oppression like stupid things like this of no skateparks in San Juan, Jones Act, Act No. 20 and 22, etc, etc, etc. is so sad, and our people just want to move forward like anyone else! Nice session. I am from PR and havent visit that Park because I thought it was like a very locals close up group, plus difficult ramps. But will visit some day. God bless.

The park also used to be riddled with drug addicts in its early days. You would have until sunset to skate because they start making their way back into the space. I wonder if it's still like this today with all the great progress the park has achieved.
