It would be the same as working and living in another country as a US citizen. You would pay your federal taxes like every American but wouldn't have any state tax.

Y’all should raffle off a weekend excursion and donate the proceeds to the restoration. 50ish dollars a ticket I’m sure with all the people who want to go but can afford the $2000 per person for a weekend but they can afford a chance to go for 50-100 dollars. A thousand tickets should sale with no issue. I’ve personally been been to the tower when the seas went from 3-4 for to 10-13 and we almost didn’t make it in our 21 center console. Then a few years later a moving boat hit my buddy while he was resurfacing. The prop hit his should and head caused I’lll 182 stitches and a helo low altitude flight from the frying pan to Wilmington.
