From your minimalism video to now - exactly 9 months later - your life has gifted you a brilliant 'van friendly train layout at last, one that even has it's own pub in it - fantastic!! So kind of Sheena and Andy, but so appropriate, I like the fact it has a tunnel in it too which is most engaging. Very happy that you finally have a portable set. I always had this idea of going into a train shop to buy something for my layout and being able to unfold it on the counter to see how it would look in situ!

A lovely feel good video in difficult times. I'm currently building a oo gauge set on an Ikea desk top. Well thats where the boards will go when its finished so its very interesting to see this as I have seen train sets in box files wrapping paper boxes and other storage containers. I have a large stash of Metcalf's in stock. Your decision to move to the North of Scotland seems very prescient from my stand point in the outskirts of London.

Hi Andrew, I've never seen a product quite like this vintage train set in a suitcase before, it's interesting,....! If I may offer a suggestion to these folks who make these suitcase train sets,.... An English village during the Victorian Era at Christmas ! The Christmas decorations market is HUGE & a Victorian Christmas would be extremely popular if sold in a large chain store, upmarket chain store! Videos like this are interesting, the heater manufacturers videos were interesting! 😘😘
