Itungannya yg 6 itu adalah "adalah agama-gama yang dipeluk hampir seluruh penduduk Indonesia," bukan agama resmi. Penjelas uu PNPS no 1 tahun 1965 itu bilang agama yahudi salah satu contoh eksplisit agama yg bukan mayoritas dianut masyarakat indonesia tapi diperbolehkan.
