Definitely, bookies are turning me off racing. A young kid l know lost £18,000.0 playing black jack.. bookies said nothing. I won £4,000 on a bet, and you would not believe what they put me through before l got paid.

Punters would be betting with bookies if they would actually take a bet. A normal punter (not a serial winner) wins a few hundred quid and your account is restricted to 10p e.w so it's hardly rocket science these people don't appear on the figures. They only allow mug punters to bet with them, and these are the people who need protected by safer gambling which is simple to do. If a bookie can very quickly restrict a winner they can even easier restrict serial losers (which they never will), so this safer gambling week is a complete waste of time.
