Hey bro, have you pulled the air filters and seen how clean they are compared to not having the air cleaner running? My cabin fillers still look new, if I didn’t hand my cleaner they’d be black

the cabin air filters? Ive been keeping the sleeper A/C off since im solo rn, and the one for the front is a little gray but I beat the dust off it like every other week and put it back so it'll last longer. plus its maybe only a month old rn

@@GoldPhoenix yeah man, the cascadias have about 5 filters, one giant blue one for the APU that slides out on the side of the box/under the bunk, there’s one behind the drivers seat along the floor/pop off cover below the cabinet on the floor, another filter where the dash pops off in the passenger seat area, a paper actual cabin filter where you life the hood/along the firewall location on passenger side. Not sure about the peterbilts but I can guarantee there’s at least 3/4. Especially the APU filter. I need to replace mine again. Last time I pulled it you almost couldn’t tell it was blue. It was all black and gray I’m sure the APU was struggling to breathe. I think prime has a video on peterbilt filter replacement locations. They get dirty quick, really quick like a month or two tops. I’m sure yours are going to be gross

@@BigMoney23223 counting the apu filter there’s 4 in total. The recirculating filter has NEVER been changed (behind the glove box) mostly because I always have fresh air coming in so there’s never been a need but I think I may just do that for the hell of it 😂

@@GoldPhoenix yeah man pull them and check em out. I’m sure they are filthy. The most important one is the APU, if it’s clogged it can’t breathe and you can have water backing up into the cab. I was chasing a water leak in my cab a few months ago, they thought it was associated with my APU. Thankfully it was found and that wasn’t the case. Check primes videos, I’m sure they have peterbilts filter locations in there. Or just call the terminal and ask where they are
