i just got one from ebay which was about 2 years old today... was almost mint condition... they have stopped doing the black colour now sadly and i dont want the white one. SOoo i just contacted razer, and getting a full replacement ;) i just paid a down payment to get it sent out first. cant wait!

I had a similar experience with the razer costumer support, the're friedly but they come up with any potential solution to your problem as long as it doesn't imply that the product itself is faulty. They made me troubleshoot my entire PC because the RGB of my keyboard kept resetting to default settings. I was hoping they'd give me instructions on how to reinstall the firmware or something because i couldn't find that online but they kept coming up with stuff that could be wrong with my PC for 2 months of writing with them. Eventually I gave up and maybe I'll make use of my warranty at some point.

Even before getting into gaming around 8 years ago I heard that Razer customer support was abysmal. And they still live up to that reputation today. I have quite a few Razer products but I buy them knowing the risk I'm taking.

Their basic customer support on twitter were really helpful but the whole experience was laughably bad 😅 they transferred my case from team to team and it almost seemed like they misunderstood my emails on purpose

It has a fatal flaw. If you push with too much pressure on the end of the R or L mouse buttons the whole mouse will lift up and lose tracking. I’ve never had this issue on any other mouse and it’s why I sold it to try a few different Lamzu options.

Just got my mouse today too, and I noticed that as well in the medium lift off setting. After changing it to high the issue went away. Had a few frustrating deaths until I realizes what the problem was. 😂 This mouse feels amazing, but I feel so financially irresponsible for wanting to keep it. 😂

I love this shape but I'm so scared that the holes will bother me since I like to push the mouse back into the base of my palm a lot. Another drop soon so I need to decide 😶You mentioned they aren't too bad but do they ever annoy you?

Yeah I know how you feel. Even though there are obvious QC issues I just love how this mouse feels and performs.

Thanks! It’s a custom Aqua Control II from Xraypad. I ordered it via their Aliexpress store :) the artwork is one of the old ink drawings of Moomin and the character is the Hobgoblin.

I had the same issue as you with the mouse rubbing on every mousepad. I just recently got an RMA, and the exact same thing is present. Did you really not have ANY rubbing on your new copy?

Yeah I did not! The base was much flatter and I did not get those glossy spots at all.

I bought it from the July drop and I think the stock lasted a few hours at least. I wouldn’t recommend buying this mouse though, the unit in the video already has some pretty drastic looseness on main buttons and I’m trying to RMA it as well.

I have it too and it is really good if you don’t mind the wire. Really stable 8k polling and lowest click latency + the coating is wonderful
