I was a doctor in Cuba, and defected on my first mission to Venezuela. I was receiving the equivalent of $50 dollars a month as a doctor. After I defected, the Cuban government didn’t allow me to visit Cuba for 8 years. My mom was still in Cuba with a dual citizenship of Spain. So she flew over to Mexico from Cuba, and I flew from Florida to Mexico to be able to see my mom. I’ve been in the USA for going on 11 years, married, have a beautiful daughter, and my mom has been able to leave Cuba, and live with us.

My parents are Cuban and they always talked to me about how beautiful it was before these baffoons took over. Not only that, their money was worth the same as the US. It is sad what they've become. This video notes that education, medical, and housing is free. The degrees are useless since they get paid close to nothing. Sure medical is free but God forbid you have to go to the hospital. You have to bring your own sheets, medicine, and any other supply that may be needed. The hospitals are dirty and lack so much. Housing is free and generations live in the same house that in many cases are still standing by the grace of God. Cuba needs democracy so that it can prosper not a one corrupt party system.

Specifically on the island in where if you go homeless you’ll just move in with your relatives. But homelessness is real still. Better than the U.S? In what way ? This looks WAYY worse than bay city last time I checked every city in the U.S has electricity, a grocery store where you can buy food. And clothes where you na buy cheap at some thrift store. una medida unilateral por parte de EU y sus aliados llevaron a mantener este embargo hacia Cuba Nos vendieron la idea de que bloqueando al pueblo cubano este se levantaria contra su gobierno, sin embargo los unicos y mas afectados fueron los ciudadanos comunes mas de 60 años despues solo EU e Israel apoyan el embargo No podemos decir si el regimen socialista seria bueno o fracasaria, sencillamente porque EU con su injerencismo que lo caracteriza ha ahogado a ese pueblo por decadas Asi pues, el unico culpable de las condiciones y el atraso en el que estan sumidos los cubanos es Estados Unidos
