Hello Lana and Kafir😊 Currently I am not fully raw, but feel the energy and clearest mind set when I am fully raw. You will experience such beautiful states of conscience and your heart opens more fully as well. No need for supplements if you rotate all your radiant fresh foods. I highly recommend soaking different kinds of nuts and beans to sprout them. Especially sunflower seeds are super energy source. Kafir and Lana, how are you both progressing in eating raw and how do you feel? Kafir, what else might you enjoy hearing? I feel the more would be to share my connection to plants when I am 100% raw. I simply feel the energy of trees and plants almost as if their aura was touching me. It’s lovely. Also the inner peace calm is deeply alive. Zero fear at all. Just clear beingness that feels grounded and radiant. So glad of your interest. So happy to share with you both. Blessings and love in this precious year to come. Let’s join inspiration and continue to reach 100% where the highest vibration thrives Aliveness 🌈🌍☮️😍🥰♥️😘

The best results are 100% raw vegan. In the past I was eating some bread and some cheese and when I stopped both I never have had my Spring allergies again. For 20 years I was fully vegan but the past 10 years I occasionally eat some fish. Honestly it doesn’t make me feel vibrant and like she is sharing that when we cook anything all the enzymes are inhibited. If we were to raw very fresh meat perhaps that could be fine. I like raw fish and feel fine after eating it. The algae is also important for the minerals and I believe she mentioned B12. That as long as we eat this way all the nutrients are absorbed. I love spending much of my day in nature so I receive plenty of natural light for Vit D. Intermittent fasting also feels wonderful. I enjoy a afternoon smoothie and have my huge salad around 6:00pm. I add my soaked sprouts of nuts and usually lentils and enjoy nori wrops filled with veggies mostly delicious avocado. Yummm😍 Experiment and let me know how you are feeling dear friend.😊💓

Concern surrounding the impact of spinach, kale and other similar vegetables - including broccoli, broccoli rabe, turnips, Brussels sprouts, Chinese cabbage and cauliflower - on thyroid health is due to the effect they can have on the thyroid's ability to absorb iodine.25 Dec 2016Iodine is an element that plays an essential role in the functioning of a healthy thyroid. It is used for the production of thyroid hormones. It is particularly important in women who are pregnant as it is needed to ensure the development of a baby's brain during pregnancy and early life.19 Sept 2019

Really good information. Recently went back raw vegan a little over a week ago but I'm doing a more Loren Lockman style. Just whole fruits and any kind of lettuce, but I have added small amount of flax seed, chia seed and walnuts, but not a lot. Apparently we only need 2% to 4% of our calories from protein. Loren has a video on how RDA for protein was established for the meat and dairy industry lobby. You are really inspiring. Maybe once a week or on occasion I would wanna try some of your recipes. Thank you.

@Miranda-uf7xb2 жыл бұрын
How is it going so far? If you are struggling to get calories/losing weight, just looks towards calorically dense fruits, such as bananas and dried dates or other dried fruits, and eat until satiety - no restriction! Make sure raw and organic still of course. Sun dried is ideal. Flax seeds and hemp seeds are also a nice way to get additional calories per day while also providing a good source of omega 3s. I hope you are doing and feeling great and that this helps!
