One thing I wanted to clarify, in 2006 the place Roblox got the sound pack from was a piracy website, they did not buy it. The internet was a lot different in 2006 and that site was either shutdown a week later or it was the piratebay. Most likely someone at Roblox got this sound and didn't tell how they got it, because of Roblox being new they probably didn't care and just was in a rush to push the game out.

To be honest, a MarketPlace is the best idea. Why?Because there’s going to be a place where you can pick your own Death sound and you can buy some for robux! Under not knowing that the SOUND was copyrighted, and the pack said it had no sounds that have any copyright, but when tallirico or whatever sued Roblox, they should have found the place where the pack was found. They infringed on copyright, not Roblox. So Tallirico is TOTALLY wrong in this.

Actually no he isn't, it's his sound that another company is using without tallirico's permission to use it. Roblox could've easily asked the author of the oof sound for the use of it if they knew who the author of the oof sound was. All roblox had to do was pay tallirico for the sound and it would still be up, but no since roblox is a greedy company, they don't want to. Roblox is clearly in the wrong for this since they could've paid tallirico or asked him before they even got the oof sound if they can use it.
