I'm african and I'm with an African American man we've been together for a long time now and I'm can say I'm happy. He respect,care and love me. I grew up as my Dad's princess now I'm my man's queen🦋 Just do what works for you ,that would be my advice.

You don’t have to be perfect. The only thing He requires is a full surrender of your life. Go to Him and give Him your life and everything. Once you surrender everything (from the heart). Having a relationship with Christ is the most joyful fulfilling thing you can ever have. Jesus changed my life and He wants to change yours as well. The reason we are all here is to fellowship with and have a relationship with God.

I love the way you ladies reason... my only concern is that most ladies only get this clarity with age and experience, and by the time y'all woulda been older, most good men would either have made the wrong/ok choice of SETTLING with the available option which isn't what they wanted, or they just would have accepted the belief that nothing good exists on the streets, and so, they begin to mess around with dem ladies. I wish younger girls could understand this before they get much older.

Angola here. I will love to marry a Nigerian woman. I think we as Africans should intermarriage among ourselves in order to unite our continent. My grandma firmly believe that black American men do not have respect for women, especially the black woman.

The issue with African women who were raised here in America, is that you dont know how to decode us Nigerian men. We are not all from the same cloth. Just because we are all in America, does not mean we are of the same pedigree. Ask questions- where in Nigeria did you grow up? what high school / college did you go to? find out about their folks / siblings? Those of us who grew up in Nigeria know ourselves, to borrow a quote from my friend's mum, "if you are not careful in America as a Nigerian from a good home, you will end up marrying a houseboy / girl who came to America". Trust me, background matters a great deal, some Nigerians from the old country are dealing with a lot of issues and take it out on innocent trusting ladies. so please "shine your eyes and look carefully"

I am AA man and I feel sad that you limit your chances of marriage to culture. I know a lot of African men who have Doctorates Degrees and drive Uber and Taxis for a living. You Women should look for a man who respect u first. Then get to know his family.
