This dude is so off. I've lived here for over 30 years, it is nothing like he described. We have crime just like every other town or city. And the fact you rolled though less than 10% of the town and labeled certain neighborhoods "hoods" shows how little you know about the city. I've lived all over this country as a kid. This town is very peaceful compared to a large city. The whole video you trash the town and then contradict yourself over and over again. By watching this video and knowing how off you are on Titusville. I think your credibility on any other city is probably lacking. I hope you get better at making these videos.

Lived in Titusville for 32 years. You did a great job showing 10% of our town. You missed the other 90% though, like the beach, downtown area, or even main roads such as US1 or Hwy50. I acknowledge that Titusville is not crime free but this video is extremely biased and offensive. You have a responsibility to the people that subscribe to your channel and you are giving a false representation of the facts. Suggesting Melbourne instead is a great indication of your lack of knowledge on the subject matter. You mentioned people were angry with your last video about Titusville. If it was anything like this one, I can see why!

I watched both videos and they are both so inaccurate then it's not even funny. You call areas Hood just because it's lower-income than some other areas of even though those areas have zero crime and then you go to a worse area and call it Hood but yet you don't show any of the nice places in Titusville. Where is your video showing the nice neighborhoods in town the majority of the area in town? I would like to see a video of that where you are fair to our town in the residence by being accurate and what you post and showing the 90% of the town that is nice and the hundreds of houses going up and everybody flaunting here to buy because it is such a nice town. I would love to hear your answers to this see if you are actually half a standup person as you are and tell me why you would only show the worst areas of the town and claimed that to be the entire town and not show the nice areas of the town which is a majority of the town? Where is your video driving around all the rest of the Town that's nice where is your video showing all of the businesses we have all of the building we have going on and all of the nice subdivisions we have? Google where is your video showing all of our A+ schools that we have in town? Where is your video showing all the parts and places that people can go to exercise and have fun and walk and take their kids to play where is your video showing all of these places where it's been safe? And the main answer I'd like to know is why you would show 10% of our town and claimed that to be the expression of our entire town? By the way it's not a space shuttle Obama cancelled the space program which was funded by NASA. I grew up in Titusville the reason it’s the way it is because the town was pretty much incorporated by NASA and built for the employees. The city stopped developing after the crash of the challenger.. there’s been a lot of redevelopment and great things happening in Titusville. I believe six flags is looking at building a park there as well (because of its location between Disney and the port)

If you really want to get accredited information for you channel why don’t you actually talk to people in the city and get real information. To be honest you said a lot of things that were very incorrect so I’m not sure what research you did and were you received all your information from. Everyone has an opinion and that’s great. I raised my family in Titusville in the 00's. We lived in a really nice neighborhood and made sure the kids had good friends. Had no reason to go into the bad parts of town. You are only showing part of the town. There are many nice middle-class and upscale neighborhoods. We always liked living there and having moved away 11 years ago, I still miss it, but it has changed quite a bit since then.

You grew up in Naples, one of the best places in the state but you feel it's a miserable place because you don't have enough money to live the life of the rich. I live in the estates and worked two jobs and my wife worked also just to make a living and pay our Bill's. You compare the crime in Titusville to the city of Melbourne, without citing any sources of crime statistics for the two cities. All older Florida cities have lower income areas, drug problems and homelessness. Rising crime is a national problem, as statistics show. Why not take your road show to Orlando or Jacksonville or West Palm Beach and report on the daily shootings in those cities ? Titusville is a old town that is just starting to get upgraded, there are a lot of old homes out here and prices are high and not worth the price because they are old. Rent out here is also very high and not worth the money. They are now building new homes and improving Titusville.

Driving around in your car assuming things and eating at a restaurant is not a good way to get to know an area. If this video is representative of how you travel, why even bother? By the way, Titusville has a lot of really good places to eat. You drove past some in the video. I don't know who you talked to, but Shiloh's is not one of the best restaurants in town. They don't even have good food. Powered potatoes still taste like powdered potatoes no matter how many fancy adjectives you use describing them on the menu. I hope you chose El Leonocitos. That actually is one of the best places in town.

Sorry but we moved here a year ago from Honolulu Hawaii. This place is much safer than that island. Also you need to do much more research on Melbourne. I only say that because it’s over crowded and a lot of stuff going on. This town went downhill when NASA closed several years ago. Now this town is working it’s way back with new neighborhoods and businesses coming in. Since I have lived here never had an issue, people are super friendly and very small town here. All places have shootings and petty theft. I would say the video is very small minded.

I grew up in Titusville in an upper middle class neighborhood. The issue is the leadership stopped growth and development. There is violence and crime everywhere, but you can lay all the blame on the Good Ole Boy systemic racism in Titusville. The police have never had a balanced police force. The crack epidemic affected Titusville and went into full craziness after the space shuttle blew up in 1986 and thousands of people lost their jobs, and there has been a severe economic impact that the city has not been able to recover from. When you lose jobs, drive companies out because you want to control who gets employed, how do you think a city is going to thrive. . My issue with your video is that you have totally missed all the very nice neighborhoods and the great people who chose to live in Titusville and you’re only showcasing the working class or poor working neighborhoods areas where people are struggling and marginalized. Yes all communities have issues.

Titusville is a good town. Not to be confused with a perfect town. A 17 year old was just murdered on the bike trail on US1. On top of that , it was in broad daylight. This doesn’t happen everyday. Everyone just needs to be careful no matter where you live. There’s a lot of beauty in Titusville. Watching the dolphins in the Indian river brings me a lot of peace. Yesterday a bald eagle soared down about five feet from my car. He was absolutely majestic.

What is sad is you only went down the run down streets of this beautiful city. There are so many gems in Titusville that you have not shown in this video but showed in your other video. You are allowed to have your freedom of speach but so is the entire city of Titusville. Your personal opinion is rude and biased. Please make your videos inclusive of the entire city not just a couple run down streets! Have you checked out the enchanted forest, our air and space museums, chain of lakes, the bridge, the beaches,every space memorial park, fox lake park, downtown (your other video). Your commentary makes it sound as though the entire city is one big "hood".....a pretty good indication that YOU have no idea what Titusville is really like. Every city has problem neighborhoods, but there are a lot more without problems, so stop generalizing by continuously saying that "it's clear the city of Titusville has a lot of problems" and your reference to Melbourne being better indicates you don't listen too well to the crime reporting either. I have lived in Titusville for 57 years and your constant reference to the city being trashed is offensive. I grew up in Titusville in the 1970s and early 1980s. Some areas like Tropic street, Hilltop are almost exactly the same. The Wild Ocean resturaunt was a Publix grocery next to a Woolworths store. Across from the Wild Ocean was Parkway Junior High/Middle school where I went to school, stayed after everyday for basketball or track practice. It now looks like it is a Sheriffs office.

So I watched this video and watched a few others to really make an opinion of the video and the videographer. Titusville is a fine small city in central Florida period, it has maybe one small area which is lower income and in disrepair. It is mostly a conservative area and is really low crime and low violence. A great deal of the population is retired and working space center workers and the industry that supports the space industry. The people are predominantly conservative but mostly friendly. Most of the views on this video are residents from Titusville. The rest of his videos have not garnered over 2000 views so I would not worry about his unfounded opinions. Let me also say by judging this and other videos he has made he seems very verbally abusive of his poor wife. My dear you should gain some self respect and leave this abusive relationship. It seems the videographer is a very sad person and takes his pent up ire out on the poor towns he repeatedly puts down. He claims to be a Christian yet I do not see Christ or Christianity in any of his works. He seems to get great pleasure in tearing down the very places where the unfortunate the needy, and destitute live. One could say he is racially motivated but that would be too simple an explanation. As he wonders through a towns poorer area he takes a delight in calling it a hood or other derogatory term he invents. He then gets angry and would like to extract retribution when the residents of the victim town defend their town from his vapid verbal assaults. Overall I would say his videos are extremely amateur. The videos are very poorly taken show very little signs of editing and the quality is extremely lacking. The videos are full of poor information and the route he drives is haphazard at best and does not show a balanced view of a city.

I've been through a few "nice pockets" of Titusville PSJ area, however, from what I was able to see, most of the area looks run down. It is unfortunate because it does have so much potential, especially the river/lagoon area. Seeing that the space programs are up and running again, I would not be surprised if the area improves ( at least I hope it does).

That was me pulling in, in the beginning of the video, lol it’s actually gotten cleaned up a lot. Maybe previously there was a lot of crime but with the new landlord it’s been reduced. Don’t really care if you label as a hood BUT I’ve been here for 2 years now and have had very little to no issues feeling unsafe. (As far as the apartments in the beginning.)

Titusville has a lot of problems but we have some very nice areas but our problem areas a very bad. We all know what areas to avoid. Not everyone here is mean and rude. But you need to understand that there are 2 Titusvilles. One rough and hard-edged and one, quiet and nice. Sorry you only saw the one side of our town.

It would be great if you could show both the good and the bad of the cities you visit. I've lived in the Titusville area for 29 years and there are far more "nice" areas than "hood." Please give our town a fair chance instead of giving one sided judgements without seeing the town as a whole. Every place you visit will have a "hood" or low income neighborhoods but overall the town is incredible.

I just moved to Titusville from Philadelphia. I live in the Novas Villas (Rockpit Rd) area. They’re trying to clean up the area from what I can tell. The people are beyond friendly and everyone minds their own business. So far it’s very relaxing and peaceful.

There isn't a city out there that has 0 crime. Could we do better? Of course there is always room for improvement. I agree there are some not as nice places in Titusville. However, the areas you showed are not the “projects”, nor is it respectful to call where people live the hood. Especially if they are hard working and that is all they can afford. Try going to parts of cocoa or better yet go take a trip to Miami Gardens, you’ll truly see what the so called hood is. I have lived in Miami, Viera (Melbourne), Orlando, Tampa and now in Titusville. It’s an old town yes, a bit run down, but it’s rebuilding and crime is normal. Maybe if people stopped bashing where people lived, and complaining about crime, and actually helped rebuild the community and give back we would all be in a better place. It is so sad that all you do is talk crap about peoples homes, you should be spreading positivity instead.

Born and raised in Mims just north of Titusville. Titusville's crime rate is 40 per 1000 chance of being involved in a shooting or some other violent crime. It is sad when i cant feel safe riding my bicycle which is my mane form of transportation. From the shootings to the much even worse Drugs its horrible. Im 41yo and when i was 26yo i moved to Gainesville bc there is absolutely no way to survive here. Jobs are scarce and dont pay much. Like 10$hr is considered a good pay rate. Anyway in 2019 due to health issues my family wanted me to come "home" and i have basically been homeless living in an old travel trailer on my family property bc of lack of decent paying jobs. In all, if you dont work at the space center or in the medical field your screwed. Im a chef of 25+ yrs and i have to work in Edgewater Fl just to make 12$hr. Sad

Growing up in country Mims, aint nobody gonna come here and start any bs. Make 1 phone call knock on any neighbors door and we will have you locked down in sight. Im no crap shot. 100 yards your done. As long as ya stay away from east Mims your good. I have cooked at a local restaurant here and had to quit bc of the racial threats and not feeling safe that i had to carry on the daily. Gainesville was and where i wanna be. College kids don't run around shooting and fighting all they wanna do is party. And there are plenty of good paying chef jobs. I literally make 10$hr less living here. I owned my own home in Gainesville and even at 2,3,4 am felt safe and public transportation wasnt ever a problem. Here... Get on the bus and i have had ppl offer me meth, heroin ect... Sorry i dont party like that.

I actually agree with this guy. I have lived in this city for years and at this point, I won't let my kids ride around on their bikes. Yes they are a few secluded neighborhoods that are pretty good but they are few and far between and typically out on the edges of Titusville. Far edges. The best place I've lived was up on Holder road and was literally an eighth of a mile from the city limits. They're shootings here all the time. There's been multiple high profile robberies like the pawn shop that someone drove a truck through and robbed. Go to the park near the sheriff's office and tell me if you see kids playing there. In the decade I've lived here I have never seen kids in that park but it's definitely full of people that look homeless. I can't even take my kids to the parks because there's people crawling out of the bushes. Btw, everything over there off Deleon, Booker, etc is a complete hell hole and is the heart of the Titusville ghetto. Anyone who disagrees, go for a walk through there. If there's a shooting in Titusville, there's an extremely high likelihood that it's going to take place right in that area.

Yous hould do one all around polk county FL. Some of it is nice and lots of nice large boating lakes and small town charm and it's a good location between Tampa and Orlando but it's full of ghettos some even look third world and drugs and homeless crack houses everywhere especially for smaller towns unfortunately. This is coming from someone who has been theough the worst sides of Miami Detroit NYC Atlanta and Flint LA. The ghettoness in Polk county Florida will likely shock people if you haven't seen it already. Lakeland and winter haven as well as some smaller surrounding small towns have some shockingly rough areas that few know exists.
