Am I the only one who would really like to have a child someday, but knows that they will never be able to go through the pregnancy and child birth? Honestly it's so unfair that women have to go through all of that. I'm watching this video and just listening to her explaining everything makes me squirm and brings me to tears, i could never go through that pain, it's like a genuine phobia of mine. :(
@toonieblue4 жыл бұрын
Same! thats why If I would ever get a child on my own I would get a C-Section with full anesthesia :(
@chai_lattes4 жыл бұрын
It's totally normal to feel this way. There's a lot of trauma that occurs with pregnancy/childbirth that people aren't transparent about. You have other options to have a child besides giving birth, so I hope you won't feel like that's the only way. Edit: by people, I mean our society as a whole. But you have choices and your body is your own =)

@saffy7714 жыл бұрын
I think most women who haven't given birth yet feel that way, especially if you're still very young. I also want to have kids in the future and I'm quite scared of the pain, but look at the mothers who did it. They survived. And a lot of them say that once they hold their child in their arms, they've already forgotten about the pain. Especially with first world medical care, I'm sure the doctors and nurses will absolutely do their best to get you through the process of giving birth safely. But it's up to you, you can also adopt a child if you like. You would give a child whose true parents have given up on (or even died) a new and loving home. So that's also as good as an option as having a kid on your own. Just know that us women are biologically "equipped" to give birth, our bodies are made for this. So have also trust in your female body that it can handle that :)

I think women don’t know about this either. There’s something called a Husband Stich, it’s an inhumane and disgusting practice where Doctors Stich up tears after birth too much in order to make the hole “extra tight” for the husband for later on when the couple start having intercourse again. It’s an inhumane practice because after that Women can no longer have sex comfortably, after such a thing Sex and any type of penetration will be painful for the women. It’s good to be informed about this. I’m not sure if it’s common but this can sometimes happen without the man or women knowing.

Feel lucky that you are not a woman from ages ago. Dying due to complications of childbirth is a common way of death for women back then. Yet they were treated like shit when they are the ones who suffer in reproduction (all guys have to do is to ejaculate in women and that’s it). And society expects them to be child bearing machines as well. My advice is, either get yourself a guy who can spoil you like a brat so that you’ll be treated well during pregnancy and childbirth or just don’t give birth to a child at all. If other people tell you to give birth when you are scared or don’t want to, tell them to go fuck themselves and give birth to a baby if they want it so much. It’s your body, no one else but you have to right to govern it. Childbirth is painful and it puts a toll on the body. It’s a lower risk now but you can still die from it (and yes, humans are basically the only mammals that pay such a high price for reproduction. Because we can walk).

I’m so happy you’re giving us the tea on this. Like you, I’m super scared to go to the doctor, get tests, etc., and I’ve always wanted kids, but I’m horrified of giving birth and the pain. However, watching your series during your pregnancy and now going into mommyhood, I now feel like it is something I can do in the future, when I decide to have a baby. Thank you so much for the information and assurance Naz!

This video is very relatable. I had a baby 7 months ago and it was not as bad as people say. Childbirth is a different experience for everyone. It’s definitely the most rewarding and beautiful thing that we as women can do with our bodies. You look stunning darling! 🤍 congratulations on your little baby angel 👼🏼

Also the first pee the nurse isn’t always in there. It depends on hospital and nurses. I pooped and peed without them there. They usually push on your stomach to get the placenta out. My hospital doesn’t let you leave until you tell them you pooped.

I gave birth 6 days ago and I went to the hospital begging for the epidural and I was already ready to push once they checked me 😭😭😭 i cried lol Also I felt the placenta come out! I had to push it out once another contraction came. It was painful lol i’m assuming cause i went natural

I just had my 3rd child on February 8th and ya’ll she was 11lbs13oz. I gave birth to her all natural no epidural. 😩 and believe it or not, it feels like I didn’t even give birth. I even snapped back to pre-pregnancy weight. It’s amazing what a women’s body can do.💜💜💜

Please do research on immediate & possible lingering & long term effects of epidurals. I had one my first delivery 10.5 years ago. I chose a natural labor for my second. (Even being induced, foley & pitocin +12 hr labor.) My second labor, delivery & recovery was 1000X better. I’m going the same route this time.

The epidural scares me more than giving birth natural
@GABIANDTINO4 жыл бұрын
By Deon same for me which is why I went through the pain and not got the epidural
@brip34374 жыл бұрын
When I was in labor the contractions hurt. It didn’t hurt at all, just a quick sting and the needle does not stay in your back like she says it’s a tiny tube. The only thing that bothered me was it made me super itchy all over (i think this happens with some people) for a few hours. It went away later. Also if you do not stay on your back it won’t spread to other places in your body, the midwive would tell me to turn to my side but then when i did it would only cover pain from one side so that was annoying.
@rosiosandoval35064 жыл бұрын
The epidural is not bad at all trust me.
@miranda02984 жыл бұрын
Rosio Sandoval i’m worried about them messing up and accidentally paralyzing me. i know it’s kind of irrational cause the doctors are very good at what they do, but it can happen
@alittlepieceofmylife44734 жыл бұрын
By Deon my first child I used the epidural and afterwards my 3 other babies were all natural you have more control over your body vs being numb
@MsKate8084 жыл бұрын
Crying in the week following pregnancy largely is due to the crazy fluctuations in hormones that happens once the placenta is born (it produces HcG which runs the show in pregnancy!) the silver lining of crying about 2/3 days post birth is that it usually means your milk is coming in☺️❤️ Much love Naz
