Its like an epidemic. Once neg news out and first desparate seller press the button it will jus spread n drive prices lower.Takes time when the real supply of new apt hit the mkt.

Price is not dropping because our loan very little. No sense of urgency. We still get high rental. High cpf and high cash savings.

Lentor plot is a total diff story. The plot further frm mrt is cheaper which is normal. But if you realise there only one bidder

I think the same effect we are having on sale will happen but there are definitely more supply in rental, if tenant is not too specific about the location

Hi Sir, thanks for your video. Buy what you can afford esp in view of 😮record high interest rates. Singapore economy is small and easily affected by the global macro situation. Recession and resultant job losses is just a swing of sentiment easily.

Looking at prices these years, the ‘index’ to buy is actually affordability to buy. If you can afford comfortably then just buy, cause SG property tend to appreciate in the long run. Just like how in 2018-2020 when new launches are affordable with so much supply yet people are hesitant to buy, but is actually the best time to buy. Look at prices now.

I won't see price drop as you know Singapore is a little red dot which I always tell others (Land is scarce with 720 Sq Km) unless seller have no holding power and external factors won't really affect Singapore much. No worries 👍

@@victorhow9613 reason is simple. Spore borders reopened last year which caused the spike in rental due to many expats flocking to Spore instead of HK. But with Spore rental market spiking so high, expats will juz go to another country which is HK since their borders open up recently. And with HK rental market at an all time low, expats will flock back there. So with less demand in Spore, where do u think our rental will head towards?
