This is a very inspiring talk, it reminded me a little to Marcel Proust's quote "The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new lands but seeing with new eyes."

Julio is a great leader with insight into communication. He showed me how I observed my Mother and her actions, were the results the way she saw her fit in the world. My seeing the way she observed her world changed the way emotions work in my life in a very positive way.

I have personally witnessed him do the same with many people within our ontological coaching training cohort. It is incredibly powerful to see the moment that shift in observing occurs.

That was a great talk, I like that his insight comes from his experience with hundreds of people who shared with him the reasons for their sadness and I'm thankful he had the clarity of mind to put it all together to share with us the need of a change in perspective.

Is feeling where you cultivated inside. Is what we learn but if we learn how manage the feelings you can enjoy your own environment, then you can ovoid greed and feel satisfaction with the things around you, a lot or few. Then, the happiness is inside, things is outside, we can decide how enjoy the moment.
