They probably didn't release any information on it because they didn't want to give her the publicity she was after. Just a request and not wanting to come off as disrespectful to you. I'm a BIG fan of your content and you are definitely on my top list of favorite KZbinrs next to Elvis the Alien... lol Your voice comes in SO LOUD compared to the background video your audience is watching. I am constantly having to turn up the video to hear what is being said, only to quickly turn it down as your voice comes in so loud. In many of your videos, even your audience is asking you to turn up the video as there is a very discernible difference in loudness between your mic and the volume of the background video you are transcribing. I know you tell your audience that people keep asking you to turn up the background video after you have already done so and that you're not turning it up anymore... but I think that alone shows that a bit of tweaking would help.
