As always lara you are just such a huge inspiration to me and so many people! Your journey is so inspiring and it keeps me going everyday in my won ED recovery! I have struggled for two decades and I still have horrible body dysmorphia and hate the way I look and want to lose weight but I try to keep telling myself that when I was at my worst I was very unhappy and about to die because I wasn't going to live much longer! But you continuously inspire me each and everyday and you are a beautiful and inspiring young woman!! Are you still running? much love

Sending so much love to you Alicia! Wishing you a positive, healthy recovery process ❤ Thank you so much for your kind words! Not running a lot at all - more primarily strength training x

beautiful video lara :) and very much appreciate you touching on anorexia and sex! definitely can feel SUPER awk (LOL) but you handled it with grace and absolute beauty!!! it’s definitely one of those things that become sortof a grey area for those with ed, something that’s avoided chatting about, and it can feel invasive and pressuring. you’re an absolute queen and a wonderfully empowered woman for bringing up the fact that we have to learn, grow, and re-develop that self love and sexuality in general! sending you lots of love :)))) ya damn MODEL and inspiration 🤍🤍🤍

I also have anorexia newly diagnosed. Did not enjoy food. Trying to gain muscle now avoided inpatient very glad but long way to go. Painful to lose so much muscle. Thanks for your videos on athleticism. The idea of weight gain is less upsetting. My barriers to recovery are excessive food talk and smells and cooking. Just eat what I feel like and get on with. High protein and deserts. I'm extremely thin and just want quality of life to improve. I added more food and it did no harm.
