The ppl that I know that have had bunion surgery, got their bunions back after a couple of years. So I’m surprised Dr Emily is advising that. In was hoping to find exercises that would help improve this condition.

Thank you so much for your knowledge. I have big bunions. I have wide feet so for most of my life my shoes where too tight. I never had high heels, just years and years in tight ski boots. My bunions don’t hurt too much yet. What kind of toes spreading tool do you recommend? And where can I get more information on possible surgery? Thank you kindly. M
