I have a question about protein consumption: you always recommend eating 1gram of protein per kilo of bodyweight. However, some people say that too much protein can be difficult for the kidneys to process. Maybe 10-20grams of deviation can be tolerated well by our bodies, but do you recommend an upper limit for protein? It’s an extreme example, but should a 200kg person consume 200g of protein to lose weight? Is there a recommended upper limit for protein (for example, based on the body’s need at a healthy weight range)?
