Truth and facts. Great Video. No pain no gain. The Most High Yahweh Elohim and His Universe will reward you as a man if you stay in your masculinity, go through the hard work, pain, struggle and stress. Nobody said this was going to be easy. You can choose to take the hard road or take the easy route and suffer. Also saving your reactions, staying quiet, kept your emotions to yourself and being stoic will also save your energy. Everything doesn’t require my opinion or words. I’d rather be uncomfortable now and adapt to it than be comfortable and be an easy kill any day.

What you say is true in many cases, but some people are legit burned out. Their bio-copper and magnesium stores are depleted because their maternal gave up real food 5 generations ago and started eating nutrient depleted toxic fats and iron filings. Expecting and 8 cylinder Tacoma to haul at full capacity when it is missing two spark plugs just isn’t reasonable. But the question does remain… how much of an issue is the toxicity/denutrification and how much is lack of mental toughness? It is a great question and one every person does well to find out by ramping the mental toughness while improving their diet back to what the laws of nature dictate.
