I was tired of the same old country formulaic music (money making formulas happen to all genres) so I was searching country covers of rap, rockabilly covers of popular songs, bluegrass hip hop, alternative country. Imagine calling the more original kind of country you play "alternative!" The algorithm brought me eventually to Sierra Ferrell Western AF. I got to say, the musicians on Western AF have a lot more grit and authenticity. So, unfortunately, you have a huge uphill battle with the algorithm. @@morganw.2473

Listen to their whole body of work and you’ll get blues, R and B , gospel, southern rock and country and more. They exploded over the past year opening for Elle King , Dierks Bentley and Eric Chuch. This year they are hanging with Turnpike Troubadour and Whiskey Meyers but they are proving that they can stand on their own and are selling venues everywhere.
