I remember seeing this in 1998 or 1999 and thinking it was rather good -- Rewatching again in 2023, I'm surprised by how much better it was than I remember. Like, I expected to find it rather entertaining, but it's actually some top-tier Red Green and top-tier Holiday Special!

In the late 90s, I had picked up a used 8' C-Band satellite dish. Back then, CBC stations from across Canada were available. Even tho it was regular analog video, being directly from the network headend, the quality was almost as crisp as a DVD. Today, those C Band satellite frequencies have been reused for cell phones.
