😆 Yes this Reds is a screamer, unfortunately the track was super wet and the tires where no good for wet conditions..

I would love to find a new r5r piston sleeve or a wr7 diamond sleeve? I think the sleeve were made by picco at the time so a picco sleeve and piston may fit? Any ideas?

I spent hours searching for a replacement piston and sleeve and even contacted Maro Rossi.. out of stock worldwide. I have a lot of piccos and none of my piccos sleeve fit the r5r, neither reds....

I just love the reds r5r. Got the V5 version. Don't understand why people don't like that carb. It tunes really good !! Back then i liked this engine so much i bought a second one. Modified the one i had and the other is still new in the box. Despite the damage your engjne is running really good!!👍 You deffinitely need Schumacher Spiral silver compound for these conditions. (Not the pre-glued ones). You also may want to stick a piece of tape underneath the chassis were the slot for the spur is. The spur functions as a paddle wheel throwing water against the bottom of the airfilter. Think the track is gonna be wet for the upcoming months. Shitty rain. Thank you Kings 👍 Yes I need those tires.. there is no way this track will dry in the upcoming months. And I did sticked a piece of tape under the spur. I dont know about the new reds, maybe you can tell me if the r5r tunes any better than your SV. Cant complain about this carb, its perfect
