I saw an evidence picture of the backseat of her van. There was a child's car seat there. Just think she put one of Shad's legs somewhere in that van. I was sickened by that thinking about a child being in the van along with someone's body part. I can barely type this. There is a scale that they can measure psychopathy on. The highest number is 35 I think. Her "hero" Dahmer only scored a 23 I think so I don't know how accurate it is. Some people have scored higher though. Anyway I wonder what her score would be.

so true mental illness plus addiction, BDSM, the childhood abuse she likely suffered at the hands of her father does not have to equal the brutality exhibited by this woman, she is beyond not right, she is something out of a badly written horror movie

Yes exactly. I have the same struggles on top of ADHD and am a recovering poly-substance addict. But I can’t help but have empathy for everyone and everything, I can’t hurt anyone, I have trouble killing flies and spiders and bugs, and it makes my girlfriend mad because she has a huge phobia of bugs and spiders. I hate the sight and even the thought of any being struggling at all, unless said being is a killer/chomo/predator. I’ve never been able to understand people who enjoy making people feel uncomfortable or fear, or who like to hurt people or animals for any reason; even just for fun. If you love doing things like that, then you’ve got no soul, simply put.

@@dawsondetrana5496 that's not an atypical reaction to grief, much less when there's such a surreal component as seeing the head. I was 17 when my mother died and I didn't burst into tears or anything, it was like a disassociative episode that lasted weeks. I didn't have the teminology to describe it at the time of course, but now I know it's actually pretty common for the human brain to go somewhere far, far away when it can't process what's happening in the moment. The depression comes after the empty, when the wound is less fresh.

The police interview is the most neutral and accepting interview I've ever seen in my life. Shad seems to have kind eyes in the photos of him. I’m glad that you took the time to talk about him at the end of the video and his family. He didn’t deserve any of the things that happened to him. He trusted the wrong person and was a victim of drug use. I feel so bad for he and his family. Also, like you mentioned Taylor’s daughter - oh goodness…. Not only will that poor innocent child have to grow up without her mother (which in some ways is probably better off) but her father is also in jail. On top of all that - one day she will find out what her mother did to be put in jail. I pray for healing and guidance for that little girl when that day comes. Also for Shad’s mother and family. I wish I could donate to them and I would if I was able.

Nothing about having autism is violent (unless its self inflicted bec sometimes the flap flaps go too hard and i get that) I pisses me off that ppl see Autism as "being too stupid to understand". nah btch we are hyper intelligent we just cant process or explain it to others. Its so misunderstood. You sometimes dont know how strong you are and you apologies when you hurt someone. Its basic instinct. Autism is NOT an overly angry disorder unless to purposely provoke the person. I lived with my bf for 4 years and we never have a fight. Sure i get angry but we dont fight. We talk about the issues. It's sad that many people in society refuse to believe that there are evil, evil people who cannot be reformed. This chick is completely insane, and evil, where the line between the two is really doesn't matter. We can't let these people out into society. Hey mate- want to say how much I appreciate your humanising the persons victimised, ensuring they are front & centre in your videos. From titling videos with the victimised persons names; sensitive wording (you do this beautifully); and not hyperfocusing on the gore. It’s beautiful to see that the persons victimised are more than one line in the retelling of their own life and death; a stark contrast to how we typically see in ‘True’ Crime. You reveal persons like Shad as a 3D person, with nuance and depth. A person with passions and hobbies; who made mistakes and had conflicts; and who possessed a deep inner world far beyond _The Victim_ . In a time of utter depravity within True Crime you (and a select number of other creators) are showing how it _should_ and _can_ be done without reducing the success of the channel. I was wondering if she was still ridiculously high during the interrogation (which makes sense with how long some drugs last) and was confusing cute aggression with actually killing. When people are really high they say some of the craziest things. I also wondered if some of her weird expressions later was lingering psychosis from the drugs. From what I understand (although I'm not very versed on drugs), meth in particular has the ability to cause long term psychosis. None of this is any sort of defense of her...but I think the hard core drug usage impacted a lot of what happened and what we saw in videos of her.

I completely agree. For crimes of this nature, really anything that harms another human being in any severe way, the suspect should not have bail posted for any amount of money! Even with innocent until proven guilty, with this much evidence that it was almost 100% confirmed that the suspect was guilty, they should have no opportunity to step foot back into society to possibly hurt another person/people. I've seen far too many cases where violent, deranged people were granted bail, just to get out and harm/kill more people. That is not justifiable in any capacity. This justice system is absolutely broken.

@@JoeBob79569 OH, it absolutely is the judge's fault. That's my point, though. These judges set bail for people like this, allowing them to be let back into society and endangering the lives of other citizens. It shouldn't even be a choice for a judge to make a bad call in instances like this. With a confession of such violence and behavior like that exhibited, the law should clearly be no chance of any bail being set by any incompetent judge.

Yeah that smirk at the camera was straight out of a movie. I've seen bad things in my life but sometimes an allusion to what you don't see can be almost as disturbing. That smile was one of these.

Trazodone was originally intended for depression/anxiety. It turns out it's a terrible medication for it, and it's commonly prescribed as a sleep aid these days.

@@VRwarrior most things that help you sleep fall into one of two categories. Either it makes your dreams surreal and strange, or it stops you having any dreams. There's even a blood pressure medication that helps with PTSD nightmares. Prazosin (brand name Minipress) has been shown in low doses taken prior to bed to help with specifically nightmares induced by trauma (however it doesn't do much of anything for nightmares that are idiopathic). It's important to remember that often drugs have off-label uses. Trazodone was initially designed specifically for depression and anxiety, but not a single doctor worth their salt has prescribed it for this because later drug trials revealed it's way better for fixing sleep issues.

It's not even good for sleep. I've been on it for a couple of years n my doc just keeps upping the dose instead of switching me to something else. Pure rubbish!!

Mostly is a bit outdated, and mild. Weird choice for a person with such a complex background for sure. Maybe they didn't want to risk drugs interactions? It is used for ptsd though.

I feel so bad for the mom in this case. Like her I have four kids, in fact my oldest is a boy who is 25 which is what I had heard his age reported as. The thought of finding my child like that is heartbreaking. Side note…as an added coincidence…one of my sons is named Mateo…
