Although as beautiful as it I must say it is unbearably cold and windy 9 months out of the year, and the 3 months that it isn't the tourists take it over and leave almost no parking spots. We've gone down to one of the spots maybe once this year and there's almost no room for locals lol. It's a double edged sword.

from what i understand it is a problem, i'm pretty sure i saw it in the news a few months ago. airbnb allows security cameras, but even some not sketchy ones (ones in living room/outdoors) weren't being disclosed like they should have been. shower cameras are next level, but i'd be more surprised if it had never happened than if it had. humans can suck.

This was a good movie in my opinion because it was believable in the sense of the characters and storyline, in the case of the characters you have Mina a big mouth/ outspoken woman with so sense of when to talk and when to shut up with a sense of timing that's way off like some people realistically are and do, I say this about Mina because of her choice and timing to confront the caretaker of the property over the discoveries that were made in the house, personally I felt she shouldn't have said anything unless the two couples were all together not alone which set the stage for her out of control no discipline boyfriend to murder the caretaker unnecessarily, that was Minas fault because she just couldn't contain herself and ran off at the mouth at the wrong time and obviously witth the one not responsible for the problem, add to that when confronted by her the caretaker offers to call the police to prove his innocence and to address Minas problem and she attacks him of all things to prevent him from calling the police, so she complains about a problem yet doesn't want the police involved because she has a little secret she doesn't want exposed at that time but nevertheless her boyfriend sees her scuffing with the caretaker through the window thinking he attacked her, he rushes in and instead of finding out whats going on he just immediately attacks the caretaker now thanks to her and her boyfriend they set the stage for a opportunity of murder by the real killer and also simultaneously involving the other couple in that murder, the other brothers wife, sane and innocent of the group finds out hurting information gets angry doesn't think and drives away in the only transportation everyone has in the dead of night only to have a accident and is murdered by the killer, overall I feel if they had made the discoveries called the police reported it documented it and simply left when the police left and later sued they all would of been alive but nooooo! Naturally we had to go with the everyone dies route, so they dont call the police and still stay in the house desperately searching for the main source of the discoveries and that served as the reasoning that they all met their fate, still dumb but that's the way the people are in horror films and I suppose they have to be to do things to wind up the way they do not to mention to please and satisfy the audience as well as earn the title horror film Overal, the smartest one in the film was Reggie a true survivor, this is a very good and entertaining film in my opinion, i really enjoyed it, i loved that house and view also by the way.

Good movie until its lazy, terrible ending. In "The Shining", "Psycho", "The Silence of the Lambs" and other great thrillers, there's some backstory of who the villain is. A little mystery is great, but this movie gave no information about the killer. No possible motive, nothing. I honestly think Dave Franco doesn't even know.

For the people who check trailers here before watching……. This is a solid movie. It’s like the typical thriller movie but it’s suspense helps make the movie stand out. So, got a story for y'all. A similar story like this happened to some friends of my dad. A couple rented a home in upstate NY and the woman found out that the mirror in the shower was a 2 way mirror. She ended up finding finding a hidden room that had a chair and an opened soda can. The soda can was still cold and had sweat on it which means the land lord was just there. The landlord had gone on vacation before she told her boyfriend about it. The local authorities arrested the guy as soon as he returned.

I saw the poster for this movie and I gotta say - artists REALLY need to start making accurate posters for movies. The poster is an upside-down view of a house, and a man falling into the sky as if it's water. Based on the poster, you would think it's mystery, sci-fi, something to do with worlds or portals - but then you come here and it's just a very typical "a group of friends go on a vacation together, ass around and get killed" like alright...

No. Just a random dude who rented the house right before them. He set up all the cameras up during his stay, and collected them again after he killed everyone. He then went to another rental and done the same thing during the credits. He will obviously keep going from place to place
