Oh great! We have had some success building manychat databases for nightclubs in the past, but not our main focus at the moment - but yeah if they are selling higher margin products (alcohol) then marketing is a little easier :)

Great content man! I work for a restaurant marketing agency in Australia and this really hits home. Offering full service is the only way to retain clients for long term, but it also becomes hectic fast and is hard to scale - especially with all of the changes the clients want to implement.

Yeah 100%! Yeah honestly I have come rather full circle and now believe full service is one of the easiest ways to provide value long term - but you do need buy in from the venue that it is going to be a long term process! All the best mate :)

Great question, we target local companies, so there is typically already some good will there, and we usually offer free exclusive use of the space (minimum spends apply)

After watching a ton of your full guides and implementing them at my family's restaurants, this was the exact conclusion I came to. We're down quite a bit in sales compared to last year, and my first thought was "Oh, well I know how to market, so there's nothing to worry about." What I forgot to factor into that equation is that my previous marketing experience was with courses and other one-off products. Restaurants are a whole different beast. So now I'm much more focused on actively changing operations, while passively running ads and managing our online presence. Your videos are such a godsend. Keep up the great stuff! :)

I am a cinematographer trying to monetize my skills by running a marketing agency that specializes in film. I figured that developing the content for the brand at a high "Hollywood" level for small businesses would motivate small companies to pay for production and deployment over time. This is exactly the "brand awareness" approach that speak on, and now I have more ideas to not be one dimensional. Awesome stuff.
