Trinny, thanks so much for your skin care advice, and for acknowledging that much of it applies to men like me. I especially appreciated your thoughts on stimulating lymphatic flow. I recently had surgery for oral cancer and several lymph nodes in my neck were removed. Since that time I have had to deal with lymphedema and your comments on how to massage the lymphatic system were much more useful than any I received from physicians and nurse practitioners.

Trinny, I have discovered you over my stay at home stint and I love your attitude and humor! I am a bit addicted to be honest! I am turning 50 and have found your skin care guides so informative. Have you compiled all of your favorite products into a comprehensive format. I have very nice skin, hereditary mostly, but need some help for my eye area, particularly under my eyes. Do you recommend a product you like that works to tame puffiness and bring back some glow to those areas?

Sometimes backpain comes from your stomach... Some women tend to hold in their belly alot and have constant tension in their abs, which will lead to a shallow breathing pattern (think breathing in shoulders rise up, insted of breathing in an diaphragm decends down into your abdomen and your back...) what else could be the cause, in a workout activating your abs to much, or not evenly.. Think left and right lower abs.. If one fires more than the other in trhe long haul your body will not like it..or if your long rectus is taking over and is dominant... You can check if your belly is the cause... By taking either your fingers or a soft ball, lying on your stomach ideally on a hard floor and gently push fingers under navel a bit to right and then to left into your rectus muscle.. Feel for tender spots, if you find any, stay on it gently, and breath through it... So that was very long... But i hope maybe helpful

A pillow between your knees helps when sleeping on your side, actually under your knees if you are on your back. I agree with the ball rolling against the wall, I use a lacrosse ball purchased for this reason because it is harder and a bit smaller than a tennis ball. Also I love my chiropractor!

With retinol nothing over 2% is worth it, it doesn't work any better than the lower ones, that's from a derm. Also the sting and the peel is not what does the job its what happens underneath in the deeper layer, so you don't have to suffer the irritation,so moisturise however much you want.

I use magnesium chloride for my back or any muscle pain in my body. I refuse to buy the so called magnesium OIL because it is £12 when I can buy the magnesium flakes and make it up using either a 1 to 1 ratio or 2 to 1 ratio the latter being the magnesium chloride. It relaxes the muscles and if I have a tension headache it works far better than any pain killer. I recently discovered that it is very good for the scalp and promotes hair growth, my hair always feel great after washing as if it has been infused with goodness. Best toothpaste is AloeDent MISWAK toothpaste, it has killed of the bad bacteria under the gum line and in the pockets, teepee brushes dipped in the toothpaste and the pockets cleaned out, no aching or throbbing.. In Islamic countries Miswak is called the toothbrush tree and studies have shown that people who use the little sticks have better dental and gum health than those who use traditional toothpaste.
