Something they left out about that florist who wouldn't make flowers for a gay couples wedding is that she was also their friend but she still refused to make a simple flower arrangement for her friend's wedding because he was gay. I know this because the pastor at a church I went to one time invited her from across the country to cry about it to us, then he proceeded to get down on the fucking ground and scream about how much he hated us so that's when I decided to leave. honestly, the fact that people like this exist makes me so f*cking depressed, like, how can a human being want to take away another human being's basic human rights to f*cking exist just because they are slightly different than them. My brother is gay and I'm constantly scared for his life. One time he wanted to go out with a sheer pink blouse that had flowers on it and one of my necklaces and it broke my heart because I made him change. Not because I thought it was "girl's clothes" or some bullshit like that but because I was just so scared for him. I wish we lived in a world where I could watch him be happy and wear whatever the hell he wants without me being constantly scared shitless for his safety.

@@PmpknHead I agree, where I live nobody would care, but I know there are places out there that are super homophobic and would def throw hands if a guy wore "feminine" clothes

Yeah a lot of people are like "men need to be masculine!!" Even tho doing something traditionally feminine doesn't mean shit about his sexuality, gender, or anything. Just let them be who they want.
