You said at the beggining that it has kick off mode but you have it turned off. How do you do that? I just bought one of these from costco. When I turn it on I have to walk it up to a certain speed before it will start to power up. It would be cool if you could turn it on and just give it the throttle and it goes.

You can download the app and there is a setting to turn it off very easily.

If you want to change the highest speed mode to go faster, you can’t, I’ve went through all the scooter settings

How well does it handle steep hills?

Pretty good, I’ve taken it on very steep hills before and since it is rear wheel drive, it doesn’t do burnouts (the motor pushes not pulls if you know what I mean)

@@Sur-Razor So what's the steepest hill you've gone up with it, and how slow did you go? I'm 155 pounds, with about 10/15 pounds of work stuff to take. I'm tempted to go to Costco only because I'm reading Amazon reviews of other products, and people often complain about poor support.

@@sbturtle5345 I don’t know how many degrees uphill I went, but it only went like probably one to two miles an hour slower but i drove up a trail on a cliff from the river to the top, and it went faster than the 19 mph front wheel drive scooter that I also had with me…

@@sbturtle5345 I would recommend this scooter under most circumstances because of its high quality for being cheap, you could get faster for cheaper but the quality of how it’s built is complete garbage. Phantom came out with the A10 recently and now that is the scooter that they sell at Costco and I think it may have some improvements but since I have not bought it yet, I’m not sure

I have been using the same scooter for 1 year, today I was riding it, and the speed on HI became not 15 but 8, the battery charge began to discharge very quickly, what could be the reason?
