See yah later chesticles! 60 reps at 225# ain't shabby for someone who doesn't bench. Maybe this CrossFit stuff works

Was inspired to do a 15min EMOM of ring row holds, jumping pull ups w/eccentric drop and dumbbell rows from one of your vlogs yesterday, sore af today. SO, going to do the Froning workout today, substitute push ups for the bench (push/pull). Love the vlogs, keep it up!

I would love to see them do a “powerlifting meet Linda” at the games where they do 10-1 of Back Squat, Bench, and Deadlift... think it would be interesting to watch too

STOP! There is no reason to screenshot workouts on Instagram. Instagram has a feature where you can save posts. If you see a post you like, just press the little bookmark flag underneath the post (right side) and save it to a "collection". You can create Instagram collections (i.e. folders) such as WODs, Mobility, Core, OLY, Gymastics, etc. Whatever you want to save and however you want to categorize them. Reference them later by going to your profile and clicking "Saved" from the menu. Enjoy this awesome and incredibly useful feature that not a lot of people seem to know about.

Learn to bench from a power lifter. Your numbers will go up dramatically just by using proper technique. You are using bodybuilder form which is great for pec and delt Development but very inefficient in the power curve.

For the most part he’s not far off. Just a little bit more of a J-curve for his bar bath and the touch point a bit lower at least at the nipple line seems to be a good rule of thumb maybe even slightly lower

Craig has some great lifting contacts in the UK. I am sure he can get a session with one of the top bench press specialists in Powerlifting. Might make a nice VLOG for those that are looking to improve in the lift. So much to cover from set up, bar path, elbow position out of the bottom and lockout that it really needs one-on-one coverage. Similiar to the Olympic lift Vlogs he has done. Might even be good to do one on deadlifting since that does show up regularly in the Games. Powerlifting is so different from Crossfit but there are some technique points that could make a HUGE difference in 1RM events.

Hi man i have a question: can you give me some tips and exercises that are good to build a solid crossfit foundation? I just started it, i did almost 1 year of just normal fitness but idk how to have a good start for crossfit
@BarbeFou6 жыл бұрын
Do CrossFit, you don't need prerequisites. Try some boxes, choose one where you feel good and where the coaches are available, you'll learn everything you need.
