Thanks Tim, I do Hindu Push ups every day normally coupled with Hindu Squats. I get up from my desk c.5 times a day and do 20 squats and 10 push ups. Just tried these push ups and wow my hips are still tight. Great move though. Really appreciate all the great videos. Gareth

Hi Tim, I have a question about a therapy called egoscue and was wondering if you have heard of it and if so, your thoughts. It reminds me of original strength to some degree. It basically works on posture through exercises that are gentle and getting it back to its original form and function to eliminate pain. Thanks.

Hey Robin. I have heard of it, but that's about it. What you've told me would be more than what I knew. It does sound great from what you've said though.

Hi Tim, a question to your bulletproof-book: are there drawings in it? can they be "recognized" on ebook quite easily. sometimes drawings/pictures are not easy to be looked at.
@OriginalStrengthSystem3 жыл бұрын
There are pics but no drawings. The kindle I have seems to do fine with them

I think I saw this in a John Claude Van Damme movie as a bilateral exercise because you know it's all about the splits - correction pretty sure it was midnight express

@@OriginalStrengthSystem D sez her fave is kickboxer, but it doesn't really matter since Jet Li exists. I've spoiled her. I'd have to go with everybody's favorite flying fatman and blues bodisatvah in Above the Law from that era.
