Best rock group ever !!! And still going strong at 73 yr old !! My god a don't know how they are still alive with taking a lot of hard stuff in there days .especially Keith ..L.O.L. A great guitar player. So are the rest. The steel guitar by Ronnie was brilliant with them doing a bit country in Bob wills is still the king there will never be another rock group take there place.. And keep at the top well over OAP age..Brilliant.

Back in 1972, when I was 15, I was hanging with a girl named Virginia. She was two years older than me and loved the Stones. She loved this song and "Sweet Virginia". She was a handful and taught me a few things before she moved on with a guy here age. Rolling Stones, Virginia G, Sweet Virginia and Wild Horses. Great memories....

The guys are amazing! I`m not the biggest fan of rolling stones but they have som songs that goes into my collections. They are a part of my huge list of my youth time music. There is some new good music too but nothing can beat the 80`s music and the old timers. I hope they will last for a long time yet.

So much beauty within this venue. The Rolling Stones #1. The ever gorgeous Mick Jagger equals #1. Same with Wild Horses. I’m forgetting my gambling skills. A trifecta? A definite win. A great place. A perfect #show! I have not been out of Florida too much. Boston/New Hampshire. Nashville, TN.. The Smoky Mountain’s, as a child. Las Vegas, Nevada. Also to California. Too many places to name, except for ‘The Vineyards.’ NYC... Madison Square Garden’s to see this amazing band! It’s on their ‘Forty Licks,’ album. Atlantic City, N.J. Biloxi, Miss. Felt badly about that one. It was after Hurricane Katrina’s wrath. I remember when Mick Jagger said, at the MSG venue said, ‘I’m not going to pimp for you tonight.’ Another amazing show by The Rolling Stones. ‘Wild, Wild Horses... we’ll ride them someday.’ I’m going to take him up on that, in another life. Darn it! ‘I can’t always get what I want.’ I hope Mick Jagger see’s this, as so many of us women text... ‘I love you, Bebe!’ In a man, you are exactly what I want. Oh! I wanted to know where the ‘Fonda Amphitheater’ is? I’m not going to get an answer, and didn’t expect one. 💋🌹🌟💫

Que show maravilhoso, essa banda é fantástica, essa música é linda eu sou extremamente apaixonado por Roling Stones. ...
@williardbillmore57132 жыл бұрын
Fun fact: The seed for this fantastic and emotionally draining song came from a very real emotional outburst from Keith himself. There was talk about going on tour shortly after One of Keith's sons were born. He literally told their manager, we just had a newborn son, wild horses couldn't drag me out on tour right now. Never one to allow a good line go to waste Keith got to work fleshing out the refrain, harmonies, verse melody and guitar hooks and brought it to Mick to finish the inspired lyrics. One of , if not their finest work to date.

What did they contribute to the development of music (culturally they might have had an impact, but only on tasteless ones) that has not been done in the 50's? If nothing, was their music good? No, it was mediocre at best. In musical hall of fame they would probably be among "Covers are better" exhibits.
