Never heard of this woman before but LOVED her amazing, insightful, incredible advice about so many things. Thank you Erika for EVERY question you asked .. they were so helpful, raw, honest, and made your guest give the best answers. Thank you for sharing such transparency with us with some of your deeper & more personal concerns & fears. Those who love & care about you got to see your human side, which is not only relatable, but it endears you more to us. Please never burn yourself out in an effort to fulfill another person’s dreams. Accept that you can only do so much, and then learn to delegate things to other competent people that you trust. Your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health are so important. I’ve been following you for about a year or 2 and you have shed light on so many issues for me. This interview was really incredible though, so thank you again for opening up for us, and for sharing this lady’s incredible mind with us all. ♥️♥️☺️

Erika thank you for opening up and being so vulnerable. I listened to the last 20 minutes 3 times. You have helped me so much, and it is obvious you have helped more people than most ever have the opportunity to help. I will always be grateful and remember to thank you for everything you have taught me through your videos, your podcast, your courses, and just sharing about you and what you know. I hope this really did unlock and clarify some very important issues for you and that you are able to use these insights as tools and also gain more to keep building and/or rebuilding yourself. Much love and peace and rest to you, and thank you so, so much.

Your vulnerability is soo relatable. But please listen to your body and choose your health. People will follow your essence wherever and whatever it does. ❤ Choose You!

I was diagnosed with GAD (General Anxiety Disorder) a while ago. What's helped a ton has been these things so far: 1) Learning to set boundaries (therapy helped with this; it's important to learn to say "no" without guilt or shame). It's important for self worth and self esteem to honor your own time and space and health) 2) Cutting out caffeine a lot (coffee was causing my anxiety to spiral, it was like adding fuel to the fire) 3) Mindfulness meditation for being present in silence ( I use a book called 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels that has simple mindfulness exercises I enjoy.) 4) Exercise (I try to do HIIT a few times a week...wears me out) 5) Journaling thoughts regularly (there's something super healing about getting thoughts on paper) 6) Cold showers (sounds terrible, but they're surprisingly effective for feeling good). Maybe this can help someone out there too.

Erika, you being vulnerable has had the most impact on me than all of your other videos combined. People not only crave financial literacy but also for others to radiate joy at them for their intrinsic value as human beings. I do not doubt that most of us are here because of who you are and not for what you can produce. Through listening to what you shared I was able to reflect on myself and paused to enjoy a moment of rest. Thank you. ❤

So, 3 things. First, your response to the Dr.'s repeating the question "how do I train people how to treat me?" is truly what I was whispering to the screen while watching... I, SO, appreciate your input there. And the Dr.'s statement "money is about value and value is about emotion" was another gem for me. Now, I'm looking forward to hearing about how you triumph your present challenges... Last, sending ❤ and support your way.

Erika, you are amazing. I've been watching your videos since I found your one on Japanese savings culture and have seen your transition to where you are now. You've definitely helped me a lot..so congratulations on all your success. Your last video with The Budgetnista had me crying along with both of you and now this one here with Julia DiGanji has done the same. This video has/will absolutely change my life. It's freed me from not trusting my completeness and being on the spinning wheel looking for affirmationa and perfection. I am whole, I am enough and I don't have to prove it to anyone. So Erika, even if you went back to only putting out minimalism videos once in a while again , you would honestly still be helping out so many people across the world, like you have for me. Slow down and rest....Health is Wealth!! Thanks Julia DiGanji for an amazing interview and all the work you do!

Erika I hope you will find a way to slow down a bit, you have touched and influenced in a positive way so many people around the world and that can’t be undone ! Your positive influence will stay forever. Doesn’t necessarily mean you need to always do more … it’s already so much and more than enough even if you decide not to do anything ever again 😅 You could just decide to have one year off… you could totally do that! We would still be here listening to your show and advices when you come back 🧡🧡🧡

Fabulous episode, Erika! You and Dr Julia touched on a lot that many of us can relate to. I learned a lot of helpful tips and feel more aware. I love that you speak freely and “keep it real.” As far as grounding goes, try some new age stuff like guided meditation, reiki, yoga and maybe even carry around some rose quartz. Take care of yourself, like Dr Julia said your energy is the reason your channel is successful ❤

HEY ERIKA, as someone who does not follow your financial advice, and came across this podcast, I can say Dr. Julia was spot on about switching your methods for growing your business. You have officially gained a new follower out of me because I found this podcast (1.5hrs, never have I listened to a podcast that long all the way through) super helpful. Since you earned 20min followers with financial advice, why not expand into self-help and mental health advice to gain another 20million like me! Seeing your vulnerability was so relatable! Excellent podcast episode! Kudos to you! 🎉

This has been the most powerful interview I've seen so far. Thank you so much, Erika and Dr. Julia! I truly needed to hear this, and millions, countless of people need to hear this. I lost my dad 2 months ago and my boyfriend broke up with me 2 days ago. Knowing that no matter what, I will be OK, to foster self-trust, gives me a sense of peace that would allow me to heal and grow. Well done!

This has been, without question, one of the most powerful and meaningful conversations I've ever heard. Thank you, Dr. DiGangi, for presenting this lifechanging information in such an accessible format. Absolutely invaluable insight. Erika you need to take care of yourself to have energy and passion to help others. Your Team may handle many things until then. When the body says no - there is a really good reason to that. Just start to listen, relax, recharge, rebuild and then return with fresh energy 🧠💪 Best wishes Erika!

I guess where this falls apart for me is, we are expected to do this emotional work to make our relationships better and meet others' needs. However, the other person doesn't have to do the same work to meet our needs.
