The Rousch Household: Getting My Health Back/ Losing Weight Journey and Exercising

Since taking the steps to get my life back since my Hyperparathyroidism surgery, I have lost weight. Losing weight is no easy task. Staying focus on exercising and watching what I eat is a task that at times I will fail. There will be days I have success on eating well
and exercising and other days I will not. I will no longer be upset and give up.
My mother was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension in 2011. There is no cure at this time. I have had many tests on my heart due to my shortness of breath and I am happy to report my heart is healthy along with my lungs. I DO NOT have heart disease or pulmonary hypertension.
