It's hard to believe that these two legends died, within the last year.

@katarinavalencia1113 True. Albert was one of the chefs he trained under. In that series he cooked for Rarmond Blanc, Nico Ladenis and Pierre Koffman also. I think my favourite episode is the on where he cooks for Albert though.

Because the snout is rounder and if you look at it's fins you will see that they are tatty and have been bitten into by the other fish in the pens. Also Albert says it has sea lice which is prevalent in farmed fishes . the appearance of the other one is more angular and pointed, all it's fins are intact. That's all really I think they just mixed them up.

I love how they do the most skilled jobs and make it look so easy. Wait till you try to do it yourself. 😂😂😂

If you look at the one that they say is wild you will notice that it's nose is snubbed and short and it's fins are rounded and tatty. Usually this is a sign that it has been penned in with other fish as is sea lice. The one that they say is farmed is leaner and more angular with it's fins intact , that's why I think that they've confused the two.

Ill have the fishmonger gut my fish because they are better at it than i am. Way way more practice than i will ever have. You get the experts to do the things that they are better than you at for practical reasons. It would take me 5 minutes to gut a fish, takes a fish monger 20 seconds And they do it for free. Its only good business.
