The narration is a joke. You spend three minutes talking about what you are about to say. You make it sound like there are a bunch of interesting things coming up and you just say the same thing over and over and over again. Waste of time

The narration on this is quite redundant. It's so tragic, the tragedy, of this tragic band who has faded tragically. Also is it still pertaining to the band if the original bassist was kicked out years before but continues doing dumb shit even though he's not a member of the band??

I was tragically thinking the same tragic thoughts of tragedy. The narrator tragically needs a thesaurus with the word 'tragedy' as it's first entry so we don't have to tragically listen to this tragic script again!

3 Doors Down is not going anywhere anytime soon; loyal fans will continue coming to the shows and singing along with all of the favorites like "Kryptonite", "Here Without You", and "In The Dark" to name a few. In spite of the hurdles they've gone through, 3 Doors Down have remained constant. That will not change neither will my love for this band. ❤️ 3DD forever.

Yeah all this sucks but that’s not why they’ve lost the spotlight. It’s no longer on them because the music world has moved on. Rock doesn’t dominate airwaves like it did in the early 2000s: now it’s mumble rap and trap music. I personally hate that this is the case, but facts are facts. However, the fact that 3 doors down is still trucking along despite all this shows their passion and dedication. They’ll always have a career until they themselves call it quits.

Jackie Johnston yep !! It's all about keeping big ,corporate pharma companies rich, and those docs are writing tbose scripts FULLY AWARE of the risks that some of those medications are either highly addictive or very flawed and deadly medications m.( those type of meds that give you crazy side effects , then ,you get additional scripts written ,to counteract THE first round of"issues"..irs so sad to see patients come in with a plastic groceru sack FULL of pill bottles of a variety of medications, or those that are forced to pay for scripts they cant afford JUST to keep them alive, and good ol doc refuses to explore alternate medication brands ...simply out of greed .( kickbacks ) I once had a doc that literally would prescribe the same thing to ALL OF his chronic pain patients ( I was atvtge time medically PROVEN to be considered a "chronic pain patient: .still am,but only diff is ..that now I'm medication free ( born w hip displaysia and now severely arthritic there to the point of deterioration &no cartilage Left .) Deformed femurhead & migration of the joint .ive had this issue throughout my entire life .only growing worse e age or as I gained weight. So I've gained a fairly high tolerance now to the pain I'd have on a daily basis it's become the norm to me .but hed have patients come in e nowhere CLOSE to being considered such an extreme case as to watrantbthe need for OCUcontin and Percocet for break through pain... doc would schedule everyone in on any of the 3 days he was in office .litetally Herd ppl in alot of times .so I heard ppl discuss how they " made up " teasons why they "hurt" how to take and fake the nerve tests what all to say & not to say to better thier odds of getting "good" meds ..) it was sickening ..hed give everyone a steroid shot ..abd ptescribevthem a combo of percs an oxys ..do the pee test on everyone to have proof he was making sure everyone had opiates in thier system and not on cocaine ..so DEA would kinda stay off his bk ..and yeah..hes still practicing, ROLLING IN the dough .i stopped taking meds (opiates ) abt 5 years ago before it became such a prob i couldnt stop without help.even then it was rough !! Losing weight helped w some of the pain.but yeah overall? .its all pretty messed up! .

Cheveyo Flowers Tell your sister that she is jeopardizing her son's ability to get certain jobs. My son was denied a job bc he had a script but did not take the drugs. Also your nephew is just a normal active boy. Better to put him in gymnastics with all that creative energy to burn. I would much rather have a kid bouncing off the walls than sitting on a sofa living vicariously via the tv.

Brandon Smith I'm not hating. Just stating my opinion of two bands that are not only generic and not that talented, but whose songs have been shoved down our throats the last three years. No other non-rap, non-bubblegum artist has made it mainstream for at least that long, either. There is NO variety in music anymore.

Lee Martinez, Imagine Dragons is a solid band and put on one hell of a show. Maroon 5 is a very talented band too. Adam has an impressive voice. To say they are not talented when in fact they both are is 100% hating. You do not have to like them, but they are talented. It is not easy making it in the music industry. They found a way to do it and maintain.

How can you say "unfair tragedies" ?! That's bs! They did it to themselves. It's sad but not unfair and I say this as someone still struggling with heroin addiction. As an addict you are fully aware that jail and/or death is a very likely possibility unless you get help. So unfair? No. Tragic? Yes!

I think he said, "Unfair Tragedies" for the sake of the business, "3 Doors Down" as in the singer and Rhythm guitarist (the only original memebers left) because none of that shit was their fault but it affects them and their families. Actual quote from this video at 1:08 - "But in recent years their star has somewhat faded and people have wondered what happened to 3 Doors Down. They're still an active band but there has been a lot of tragedy that has also surrounded this band that is just very unfortunate and very difficult to see unfortunately. In fact beyond the year 2011 things got really difficult for 3 Doors Down and it's been really difficult to see because of course we wish this wonderful band - they're still touring to this day - but we wanted to talk about some of their original members and the tragedy that has surrounded 3 Doors Down." I really like this band. I'm a 70 old guy who did a lot of hard parting from the late 1960s all the way up to the early 1990s. I'm very lucky to still be alive. I've always loved Rock did a lot of parting at the Rock and Roll club HammerJack's in Baltimore, Md. from the late 1970s up to the beginning of the 1990s. It's very sad what has been happening to bands over the years. I wish I could turn back the hands of time and start over. Parting yes, but not into the drugs and alcohol my life would've been much more rewarding. I hope the band can make a comeback their music hits the soul and heart, not like the crap that plays these days. Beers and cheers!!!

You repeat the same information over and over, just rewording it slightly. Also, you focus on just the problems of a former bassist when there is a whole bunch of other problems that the band endured.

@@rockmetalplaylists5595 well, the singer is a recovering alcoholic (which I'm sure developed due to the band's success and I'm sure that other band members had their own substance abuse issues). He also had a failing marriage during their most successful time period, and during that time i believe he was involved in a serious car accident. They lost their drummer to Nickleback. Which probably felt like treason to the band. You seemed to only focus on the bassist even after he left the band. Also, you repeat A LOT.

Ive seen 3 doors down about 6-7 times over the past 13 years. I saw the tour before Matt left the band and he didn’t seem right, the band was really high energy and he just kinda stood there and played guitar. The tour right before Todd got arrested. He was hammered on stage and was just up there living it up. Throwing picks in the crowd while he was supposed to be playing. Fist bumping people in the first row again while the songs were still being played. Fun times. Still a very good show to see with Justin and Chet.

ok so to those of you who are not familiar with prescription guidelines when giving them to someone with chronic pain (he could have been faking it or paying the doctor that's not the point) anyways oxycontin which is a 12 hour time release version of oxycodone is prescribed to take 1 every 12 hours so 60 of them is a 30 day supply also it is very common for additional immediate release pain meds to also be prescribed for what is called "breakthrough pain" while on the time release medication and that is usually either hydrocodone or oxycodone 5 or 10 mg tablets which are generally prescribed to take 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours so when you do the math all the narrator and the judge really said is OMG YOU GOT A MONTHS WORTH OF PRESCRIPTIONS FROM YOUR DOCTOR IN 30 DAYS!!!! which if I'm not mistaken is exactly how many you would expect to be given.....just dint want anyone to think that was just an obscene about in that time period......that is totally normal.

@Capnsensible80
@Capnsensible80 4 жыл бұрын
Just the same few, but they experienced it over and over. Which is to say, they experienced repeated tragedies. Unfortunately, tragedy was not an isolated incident; the band has, sadly, been plagued with recurring tragedy. Furthermore, tragedy has struck the members of the band on more than one occasion. Tragically, the band faced persistent tragic circumstances. One can conclusively say, the band has definitely experienced profound tragedy, and that tragedy was a repeated occurrence for members of the band. Has it been at least 6 minutes yet? SHIT!

I'd have to disagree about those reasons being why the band hasn't really done anything good. I mean yeah, it could have a little to do with it. But the last album they did was awful even though it debuted at number 14. I think it's cause they have the same sound all the time. Nothing has really changed. It's sad that those two guys screwed things up for their own selves. Who knows, rock music is a strange world. Either people love you or hate you. Nickelback for instance, people loved the hell out of them for years but then all the sudden over night, people took a shit on them haha

So....you're whole video essentially is about one guy? They are not as popular now because their new stuff is not the same as their old stuff and not nearly as popular. Seems like you dug up a lot of nothing for tragedy instead of addressing their music.

I learned a long time ago that drugs and alcohol will provide nothing more than temporary satisfaction when facing issues. Seriously, how do people who are blessed with talent find the free will to watch it all fade away? So many people WISH they had an opportunity at a decent life but do not possess certain attributes that can open doors for them. Those who have natural talents seem to waste them by creating drama issues that are really baseless. Sad....so sad......
