Give that judge a taste of what happened to that woman!! Maybe then he would have thought twice about their sentence!

I’m not sure about America (I’m in Canada) or when this came into effect if it has but my understanding was a woman’s sexual history could not be used in court by the prosecution as 1) it should not matter if the victim is promiscuous and 2) could affect a jury’s concept of the victim and they could not make a decision objectively. Anyone feel free to correct as I am curious and I can’t think of where I heard this from or why.

Primarily because of what i believe to be rationalization and "permission" for the elite billionaires and millionaires to rape, pillage and murder women and commit sex acts on children. They give them bail then shitty pathetic sentences IF THEY EVEN MAKE IT TO COURT which then, they get out and resume their daily nastiness. If you have unlimited cash, you can get away with EVERYTHING. These light sentences and bail is literally just so that if an "influencial" member of society gets busted, they can quickly get out, pay hundreds of thousands to the courts and lawyers and walk away like nothing happened. Most even escape having to register as a sex offender due to the courts offering copp out plea deals for these wastes of oxygen. My opinion, string them all up naked, tie a chunk of bloody steak to their penis and butthole and let loose Bull Mastifs and Pitbulls. There is a video of the cartel allowing a pitbull to complerely tear apart this dudes crotch while he was alive at gun point. Video was floating around facebook recently. Thats the only suitable punishment i.m.o, afterwards, let them lay and bleed out

In a manner of speaking, this behavior is embedded in all men around the world because it is in their genes! If there were no laws and orders which holds many of them back to do this kind of horrible things all men would be exactly like this two monsters here! Look only to the evil and horrible men in the Islamic society and how they are treating women and girls in this countries and look at soldiers during a war (WW1/WW2) what these men have done to women and girls in Germany! Rape, torture, child molesting, cannibalism, human trafficking and all the horrible things what you can read about in the newspapers, see in the news and here in KZbin is in fact the normal behavior of men in common and I know what I say about it because I did a lot of research in this things about criminology, human genetics, history of the past and the present, behavioural studies, neurology, psychology and psychiatry, theology and political science and I found out, that the male gender is responsible for all the uncounted terrible things which happens on the planet Earth! Scientists have said, that the existence of the male gender is a serious and severe problem and threat for the existence of the entire planet Earth because of their behavior and what they are doing to the planet Earth! That's a scientific fact and the truth about men and it has nothing to do with feminism or hate against men - no - it is hard and ice-cold science and the scientists who have said it were men themselves! That's it! Period, end of story! This is the goddamned answer for your question about this matter! The male gender is dangerous and the problem with the patriarchy is not the reason why men behaving like this - no - the patriarchy is the result of the evil and dangerous behavior of men and all the patriarchal religions are only an instrument of the genetic disorder and genetic disability of the male gender to fulfill their own dangerous and life-threatening ways to destroy the world and terrorize women and girls with their own lust and addictions to all the evil and terrible things they are doing! That's it and think about it and make your own conclusions about it! Because it is exactly the point of what you can see in the world and why it is like this on the planet Earth! That's it! Period, end of story!!!!! 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 Lovely greetings from Sarah and have a great day today and stay safe out there and take care of you all the time 🙋💖🙋💖🙋💖🙋💖🙋💖

@@katiegallagher9646 The simple answer is we don't. We use TV recording services that can record live TV thus you simply pause the TV for a few moments for one reason or another just to return shortly and then fast forward through the commercials. A alternative to that being setting up those same TV recording services to record the show we want to watch even if the TV isn't on and then watching it at a later time where we can simply do the same thing fast forwarding through the commercials. I will say though a exponentially more popular option these days is simply we're abandoning TV and our TV services are coming from online subscriptions where we don't see commercials at all. There is a reason TV companies in this country are loosing more and more customers by the day. Part of it is garbage quality TV shows. But the bigger part of it is the same reason you complained about; we're sick of all the f*cking interruptions! Get on with it already!
