Hey Wolfy, I said it before and I’ll say it again until you read it: If you’re gonna start using shadow plants, then you need to learn the stagger configuration which is as follows: XOXX XXOX XOXX XXOX XOXX Where O’s are moonflowers and X’s are the attacking shadow plants (dusk lobber, shadow pea, etc) It lets you get the most out of the Moonflower’s power up radius while still getting great sun production

Just so you know, all seasonal concoctions have different effects, such as increased speed, chew speed, and healing. Also, all seasonal zombies have minor buffs depending on the season. All food fight zombies are 75 percent immune to butter. And Christmas zombies are very resistant to chill effects. All seasonal zombies have these effects, even Gargs. Hope this helped!

The thing is lightning reed works it’s just not as effective as other strategies. Typically if a plant cost more it’s better to use instas and stalls for early game and decimate late game with high dps. Mods can change this up, this is why plants like winter melon are nerfed so hard. BTW if anyone try’s using winter… bring more than one sun producer, stuff like gold leaf, solar tomato, sun bean, or straight up 2 main sun producers (EX twin sunflower, sunflower, moon flower, primal sunflower, and sun shroom) AND PUT YOUR PLANTS BEHIND YOUR SUN PRODUCERS. For the unaware it is far more beneficial to lose a sunflower over melon pult or the likes of it, and sun producers almost always make their sun cost back immediately

Hey wolfy, the main thing about reed is... it's completely braindead to use. It's effective, but easy. Instead of spamming lightning reed, you might want to use that for like 2 winter melons and some spikeweed/rocks. It's still a kinda braindead setup, but it's a *lot* more effective because they can barely move, and it does massive damage -The moment he discovers primal pea draftodil it's all over-

Wolfy, I would just go straight to steam ages since you got the world key. Unless they updated it Steam Ages doesn't have a final boss, and is only 16 levels, I would just start it so you could get cattail and use her for the rest of holiday mashup. But it's your series so do whatever you want.

The optimal setup for Holiday Mashup Day 18 (for what I found) would be: Column 1: Dandelion 2: Citron 3: Sap-Fling 4 & 5: Any attacking plants 6: Wallnuts Use instas as necessary and plant down replacement attacking plants when the nuts are cracked. Yes, Day 18 is one of my favorite Holiday Mashup stages. How could you tell?

you see wolfy, the thing about lightning reed is that, yes it it a good plant... but only in levels where there are no tough zombies, the reason why lightning reed may seem overpowered to you is that its extremely easy to use, you just have to spam it, no other strategy involved. I think it kinda dissapointed how instead of experimenting with new things or plants that you have never used before you decide to just stick to using the same few load outs, dandelion, reed, shadowpea, it would be cool to see you use plants like banana launcher, dazey chain (which is extremely overpowered), winter melon (which after the nerf might seem worthless but its still an insanely good plant if you just bring enough sun production), or even split pea which is really fun to use, especially with torchwood.

Wolfy, Lightning Reed setups are effective but they're kind of a cheap and boring way to win. It's mostly just spamming lightning reeds, which you can do with a lot of plants, such as Fume Shrooms, Snapdragon, etc. You should also try using other 'exotic' plants inside of the mod such as Murkidamia Nut, Hocus Crocus, Zoybean Pod, and just try out more plants each time. You can even try to spend your gems on some plants in the shop like Turkey Pult, Stickybomb Rice, Draftodril, etc. Just please stop using Lightning Reed setups 24/7

Its rush attack used to be a HUGE cheese for that objective as it didn't count as losing a plant, but they patched it in Vanilla and I guess got dragged over to Reflourished. Also sorry but Lightning Reed still sucks. There were many other better plants you could have chosen for that level, hell, even Banana Launcher was one of them

For those of you people who think Lightning Reed sucks. CLEARLY YOU BARELY USED HIM! Lightning Reed at first was more of a contingency plan for me and my set-ups but as I began doing Big Wave Beach i found myself relying on Lightning Reed in every set up and he became the plant i used for the rest of the adventure. The key to making this plant super OP is spamming them all over the map. Lightning Reed is so busted hes my fav plant to use for hard levels. Along with Roto and Grapeshot

the "problem" with lightning reed is that its training wheels the plant. This is where the "lightning reed sucks" agenda comes from. It's effective if you spam it but there's just a plethora of plants that do it's job so much better. like, if we talking spam, 7 snapdragons can do much more than 15 lightning reeds. I assume that most people want to see more creative strategies than just reed spam but at the same time, if it works, it works. You have to power to keep using it
