Height can be a huge advantage in Muay Thai if the fighter knows how to use it. Arguably more than other combat sports.

It could also be a huge disadvantage it all depends on the styles, styles make fights

@fighttips fair. I've been on the wrong side of someone with a much better clinch game. Not only did I look amateur, but very dumb being controlled like that.

I Just did the first time. And I can give you one big Tip: Even when it will look like shit inbetween growing the hair, keep going. Also don't rub your hair with the towel after showering

I would hate to be clinched by these muay thai trained fighters even in a street fight. I have seen a street fight and one of the combatant was trained in muay thai. Wasn't a competitive fighter in octagon. But the other combatant had no match.

They got standing wrestling skills which all you need if you’re not gonna scramble too keep it a standing fight. it’s not that simple and you can get iced standing.
